    • Not satisfy, not recommend to come.
    • Very strange hotel.. "All in" it is definitely not. Start with a room that has a "pole " in the middle of a Very small shower/ wc room to begin with... not a pleasant experience. Moving to the dinner which reminds more of an army canteen than anything else.. food need to be selected a day in advance from a " menu " that contains nothing but very bad pasta as first dish, and follow with an average meat dish.. I didn't feel im in Italy.. Bread is old every day.. Tomatoes in the breakfast buffet looks like they committed suicide a week before..location remote on a cliff that even Rambo would find challenging to climb.. rats chased by staff on the main road..and beaten to death.. Staff is friendly, though. At least that, Stay away is you value your vacation time and money
    • terrible stay....terrible reaction from the manager

    Cons -

    • Staff at reception was not nice, not welcoming in service. The public road before arriving this hotel is small, very difficult to past for 2 cars. The room had smell bed of dog. We didn't get a sea-view room while our friend had.
    • after my wife didn't feel well, we decided to stay only 1 night, not 3 nights...the manager refused tot pay back the 2 nights and told us to contact Booking.com...Booking.com tells us to contact Hotel Piccolo Paradiso....terrible and we are very disappointed....
    • Beds were uncomfortable, rooms were outdated.

Food was good and staff were very attentive

Beds were uncomfortable, rooms were outdated.

Great location, Lovely food, neat and spacious rooms, polite and helpful staff, 3 car parks

Bit inside into the Garda hills, narrow road to hotel, which I am not used to.

Big complex, It's very good because drinks and meals are included. They explained to us where the room was in a bit of a hurry so that we hunted around the buildings by ourselves.

The room was outdated and had bugs in it.

The views across the lake are amazing. The rooftop pool (adults only) was great and was our 'go to' place everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was always clean. Breakfast and lunch time food always had plenty of choice.

The decor and facilities felt a bit outdated and could have been more modern. Evening meal food had choice of 2 options whereas a more buffet style (similar to breakfast and lunch) would have been preferred.

View of Lake Garda from the hotel is amazing. You can watch it from your room (if you have a lake facing room) or from the area where the meals are served and also from the pools. Room was big with a big bathroom and terrace. Staff was friendly and spoke multiple languages. Free parking available. Pets are allowed (with extra charge). Breakfast was good. Free drinks (water, beer, wine, lemonade, coffee till 10pm). We got a great price for the all inclusive package. Sockets near both sides of the bed. Room service did a good job. There were tiles in the room and no carpets which is easier to clean and more hygienic.

Check-in was late (from 4pm) and check-out was early (10am). I can understand this could be because of the meal timings. Food and drinks were ok-ish. The quality and taste were not very good. Wifi had issues sometimes but it worked most of the time. One needs to drive up a narrow road for almost 2 Kms from the main "panoramic" road to get to the hotel. Some of the coffee machines used instant coffee powder and not beans and the coffee from those was bad. Later we found another newer one near the bar which used beans and was much better. Pool didn't seem to be heated so it's not usable in off-season.

View is beautiful, lots of choice in food.

    The flies were annoying.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Hotel. It was clean, relaxed, the policies in place surrounding pool etiquette and meals was great, and the food choices were excellent - lunch was the favoured meal of the day for the family, however it was all great. The lovely waiter & waitress looking after us, Giuseppe and Dora, were both wonderful, smiley and kind too, they all work so hard. Because of the three available pools, you could always get a sunbed & it never felt overcrowded. The views were divine, and we would definitely go back for another visit, Thank you.

Nothing not to like, all lovely.

My dad liked the pools. But swimming was quite hard, because it was not deep enough.

The food is mostly can food school lunch style. It is a lot but good is something different. its quantity over quality. We choose to skip the food from the hotel and went simply to different style restaurants. Safe your money don't do all inclusive in this hotel. Additionally even it seems the hotel is close to the water it needs by car 10 to 20 minutes to a nice beach. We had a Lakeview with a big pole in our view.Good luck to find a parking spot.Never again for us!

It was clean, everything was easy to find.

The hill to climb to get from the block of hotel rooms we were in to get to the main hotel building. There weren’t anywhere to get refreshments in our block. The hotel room had a socket hanging off the wall upon arrival and the cleaning staff took our property thinking it belonged to the hotel. Had to wait until the next day to get it back. The drinks are cheap and a hangover in a cup. The food was average and there are no fly zappers so it was inundated with flies on every food available.

Lovely pools, great views over lake Garda and good selection of food. Staff friendly and the room was well equipped with a fridge and outside area. It's a drive from other bars etc but that is as advertised and it was fab as you got the views. Great value for money as the included drinks were simple but good and the food was fine. Good breakfast selection.

The single beds were fold out chairs so not very comfortable for adults but fine for children.Could give a bit more selection of salad, was quite German in style rather than Italian!

Very friendly stuff, good food, family friendly hotel, good air conditioning, nice view on the lake. It was very nice and good vacation.

    9ReteljPosted on: 7-12-2024

Very nice stuff (Arthur, Darinka and older man at the bar from Opatija ?), a lot to choose from the bar and food bife, and the mega view of the lake!

Maybe some chairs, tables...should be swaped by the time (balcony). But in all...nice!

    1. The breathtaking view over the Garda sea2. One of the waiters, Mr. Adel, was excellent in his service and made us feel at home3. Peace and quiet

    1. The WiFi is very bad and unstable, and the internet bridges in the area itself are weak2. Sometimes it’s hard and tedious to find a parking spot, especially at evening

Great swimming poolsClean roomsGood WiFiGreat location for exploring Lake Garda

Awkward parking - including being told to park on hatched yellow lines which isn't good. Not very exciting food - given we're in the heart of Italy the food could have been more interesting, particularly lunches and dinners.Bed wasn't that comfy, being harder the expected.

    4IcaPosted on: 6-16-2024

    The view is nice.

Breakfast and dinner are very limited and taste like hospital food. Rooms are old.
