The location is like a little piece of heaven, it has olive trees, a nice garden, pool, nice balconies to enjoy a snack and an ample parking. The staff is super helpful and they supported us with getting back something which we forgot in the room, so also very trustworthy.

The WiFi in our room, at the first floor was as good as non existent .. but one can read a book or simply enjpy the nature so it wasn´t such a big deal.

We liked the location,size of room and amenities in it .staff/owners were very friendly and extremely helpful with a parking issue as we took a wrong turn and came up an extremely narrow lane on a one way system they came out to reroute us to their fantastic parking lot adjacent to the hotel.Being Irish and not speaking Italian was not a problem as almost everyone in the area spoke both languages luckily for us.This really is the most amazing peaceful beautiful safe place to stay in Maderno and we fully recommend it to everyone.

The only thing I would like is a breakfast option,even if it was self service for coffee/tea and toast or fruit and yogurt.The owner did explain kindly that although they don’t offer breakfast they do have a coffee machine that is complimentary for guests to use in the sitting area .

We had a nice stay, good parking, clean room, a comfortable space to have some coffee or breakfast outside or inside.

Bed was not the most comfortable

The room was spacious, the views from each window were nice. Staff were friendly, free coffee was a pleasant suprise. Swimming pool area was bright overlooked by a veranda. Short walk from the ferry and a museum with weird opening times. Two restaurants in less than 5 minutes walk and close to supermarket and buses. Toscolano Mederno may not be the most popular destination in Garda but the views are impressive and the locals are friendly.

Lake Garda is a bit of a pain to get around if you don't drive. There is a bus service but it isn't the most reliable. The "beach front" is also slightly further away walking then expected but both of these are minor gripes and not direct issues with the hotel itself which again I feel was great for the price, facilities and hospitality and worth a stay. With the first point this can be mitigated by using the Ferry which appears to be the most reliable form of public transport in the region.

The pool was nice, and there was parking, and there was all you can drink coffee.

There was no WiFi in the rooms. There was WiFi in the lobby but it was slow.

The location is good, the pool is good and kept clean.

Well the last time we came we had breakfast which was not available anymore, the shower tray didn't drain away as it is nor big enough for the water flow. The bathroom fan was dirty and subsequently couldn't move any air.We were bitt quite a lot from the mosquitoes as there seemed lots of these getting into the room as there were no mesh screens. The room decor seemed tired and the bathroom was tired.It seemed like it was pay the money for the room but not taking care of the clients...just a commercial style coffee machine in the restaraunt with paper cups was available for refreshments. But then when you walked past the kitchen at dinner the smells of the food was great. .sorry but we won't be coming back.

Great, large, clean room, strong A/C, no additional fee for dogs. Parking was free in a closed area next to the hotel. Great location and helpful host.

Getting to the hotel with car was a bit complicated due to the narrow streets, the host send instructions on the day of check-in but I missed the message.

Bathroom needs some renovation

Lots of lovely little features( free bike use of an assortment of bicycles for your bakers in the morning. .. To have so much garden, pool and open outlook is a luxury, given how centrally located this lovely accommodation is.

It was really nice place with incredibly view.

The wifi was bad. You share the balcony with three other rooms. The bed was horrible

The pool is very good - relaxing cool and clean. Location is also perfect, every important spot is within a few hundred meters radius.

The place is naturally worn out a bit and some small things are worse than it could be. For example, the shower or the furniture, but nothing critically bad.

The pool is 10/10. location as well, everything is about 10 minutes from the beach, lake, many restaurants nearby, large supermarket. Free coffee whenever you want. Parking in front of the villa. View from the terrace of the city and the lake. They also provided us with a bed for the baby, thank you. All in all, the price-quality ratio couldn't be better.

We loved our stay, nice clean pools and very beautiful garden. Friendly hosts.

I would have loved to have breakfast option, but otherwise it was perfect

It was a wonderful hotel, in a great location with very friendly owners!

The roads leading to the hotel can get very tight so be confident with the size of your car. Not impossible but theres better roads in and out toward the hotel.

The location is really nice, inside the city but still close to the lake promenade. A bit further from beaches. The hotel has a pretty garden with a lot of olive trees and nice 2 pools. The view from our room was on lake, beautiful. There is a comfortable parking space too.

The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom. The shower was super small. A bigger person could have a problem with taking a shower there.

Location was perfect to stay in Toscolano Maderno. Immense garden outside the room with two relaxing swimming pool. The place is quiet and in 2/3 minutes away from the main street with restaurants and bars.Staff and service was simple and efficient.

It would be nice to replace the shower head

Everything was perfect. Very caring and kind staff, wonderful breakfast, perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms… the best place to chill by the pool under olive trees, lots of shadow if you visit in hot and sunny summer months as we did.
