Ennesima Osteria con Alloggio - Bike Hotel

Absolutely loved the communing areas of the hotel/restaurant! It allowed my husband and our friends to hang out outside our rooms and multiple choices for us and our dogs to relax. Great location to many cafes, restaurants, and the lake.

The rooms were extremely tiny and the beds were not too comfortable.

The walls are quite thin here, so I had a child next door which woke me up a few times during the night

Basic room, ok for a night if you're passing through. About 10 mins walk to the lake. Make sure to read comments about noise before booking :)

Right by the road with paper thin walls. Could hear lots of noise from both the traffic and bar/restaurant below as well as people coughing in the room next door. The room was small and very basic. My shower ran out of hot water half way through.

This is such a cute hotel, independently run but such a lovely lady, Frederica and her amazing team. We were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. You can tell a lot of love and thought has gone into the property by someone who really wants you to enjoy your time there. The breakfast is one of the best value I’ve had at a hotel for a long time. The dinner is equally as nice and great value compared to prices you pay elsewhere. There is a great bike hire next to the hotel, well worth the money to hire a bike for the day. We will happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely time.

The main road to the front of the hotel can be a bit noisy but the atmosphere and warm welcome do make up for this. If you don’t like road noise, definitely book one of the garden facing rooms, as the garden is a lovely tranquil area.

Good location and the property is really nice. The food in the restaurant is good and the staff is really polite and helpful. There is a place beside the property where you can rent good bikes.

The rooms are not totally isolated from so I don’t recommended for people who have problems with noise while sleeping. The air conditioner was noisy and didn’t work so well

Owned and run by two women who really make you feel welcome. I had messed up the date on our reservation and they realized it immediately and accommodated the change. There is an in-house restaurant and bar service that is exceptional! The food is delicious and served on the veranda in the back of the hotel, surrounded by greenery.Everything is within walking distance, the lake is 2 minutes away and there is a long boardwalk, not sure how long it actually is because after 2 hours walking I was exhausted :D

Very friendly and welcoming owner. The room was very clean and newly redecorated.

The room faced the busy street and was incredibly loud. It was necessary to keep all the windows and shutters closed to keep out the noise, which then meant the air conditioner had to be on. Unfortunately, the unit was malfunctioning and made a lot of noise of its own. Fine as a stopover hotel for a night, but not for a relaxing vacation.

Such a beautiful property with well thought out decor. The welcome from the host is genuinely so kind, and we were so glad to arrive here after a day of cycling and have a drink on the patio in the sun! There’s even a bike storage room on the ground floor :)

Very nice service at the reception, gives good advices and tips.It was very clean, in an original style.Natural cosmetics in the bathroom, a place to leave a bike, earlier checkin was also possible. It is a small and cosy hotel where one can feel like home.

The breakfast was very good - it was a la carte. Quality was nice. We spent only 2 nights there, but I can imagine that if we stayed for longer then the choice of the meals would be too small. It would be nice to include some eggs in the menu.

I like that is an extremely clean place, room was cleaned every day. It’s also a fair distance to the city center, ferry, boats and two good supermarkets.We were also welcome with our dog, as well as other guests.

Our room was extremely loud, one can hear everything what was happening out of the room, including downstairs, like washing dishes or simply talking to other guests as well as the toilet from the room next door.Internet connection was really poor, the breakfast was ok, but poor in beverages. It is located right on the main road, so if your room face that side could be really loud, I said could because closing the window was a good option, but the ac was a bit loud in the end.

the hotel is right on the road and incredibly noisy. not only the constant noise of cars and motorcycles but also neighbours. rooms are very smallbreakfast is bad we had to pay 10€ extra per day for our dog because Cleaning the room would take so much more time? usually i’m okay with that but for 15m2? bathroom needs to be updated
