Great location, we booked private parking ahead for 10 Euros and it worked well. You should have a look how to reach the private parking as it is a bit complicated. Nice city with also some old parts and plenty of restaurants available.

Excellent location, plenty of good towels, soft mattresses and good pillows. Lovely lobby and breakfast area, helpful staff.

The double bed was made up of two single beds put together, but during the night they would keep drifting apart and form a “canyon” in the middle, where my son would keep falling. We had a single blanket for the double bed and that was an issue. i guess 2 single beds with 2 blankets would have been much better.

The location is really close to the lake. The staff are accommodating. The breakfast is sumptuous with different varieties, from sweet to salty breakfast. Also, there is a supermarket near the hotel so if you need something essential, you can go for a 1-minute walk.

The best thing about the hotel was his location, it was very close to the lake. Also a very big plus was the fact that is has a parkinglot very close to the hotel, so you dont have to leave your car somewhere else.

The photos on the internet are very nice, it seems that is a very nicely furnished hotel, BUT (and this is a very big BUT) our room had beside a bed, a table, a chair and a hanger NOTHING else. No decoration, no picture on the wall, no nice furniture like on the pictures (for example on the pictures you can see blue suede chairs, we had a very basic woodden chair), no woodden floor, no nice washing room. Our room reminded us of a prison cell.If there was no AC, the room would be very cold, because the building is old so it has 0 isolation. We payed for the breakfast (we stayed for 4 nights) and we had breakfast every morning there. On the first morning the selection was very poor. The second day was a littlebit better, but we noticed that pastries were not fresh (they were from the day before or even older). For example the first morning I cut off some bread from the loaf, the next day the same loaf of bread was there in the same position, and that piece was missing, what I cut off.We came by car, so we payed for the parking space (10€/day). We were outside the area on the 31th of December, when the hotel organised a “party”, so the guest of the party took every parking space and we had no space to park. We told it on the reception and the answer was that we have to park on the grass next to the parking lot. I dont know if the guest of the party payed for the parking, but we certenly did, so we expected a slightly different solution.Also, one day we came back from the city and we noticed that the cleaning lady left our room door open (we would like to belive that by accident). Fortunetly, nothing went missing from the room.

The rooms are not insulated very well. There were rude people next to us that scream in early morning.

The hotel has a good location near several Café and restaurants. Also very close to very nice promenade at lake. Close location to other tourists' attractions. Definitely will stay in the same city by my next visit!

What i will recommend is to change the ventilator in the bathroom - it's a very noisy device - you will hear it from the nearby room. Also I will suggest changing the cleaning pattern - in other hotels cleaning is started after check out time, which is typically time when brackets is finished +/-1h. In hotel Eden cleaning was started very early and you will be up by cleaning noise from the nearby room. To help you find parking - in add photo. You need to drive to the supermarket CONAD parking lot and drive on the street I marked - and you will get to Hotel parking.

The property is all good. The location however is a bit far away from main attractions like sirmione and riva. We didnt have a car and transportation was unreliable .

It would be good to have a minibar at the room. But the staff alowed us to use the hotel's kitchen fridge :)

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and there was a nice coffee bar, serving fresh coffee for breakfast. The location was perfect, very close to the main piazza, to a supermarket and to the lake.

the staff was the best, when we arrived i asked if they have any vegan options for breakfast, next morning when we went to get breakfast they prepared a bunch of vegan options, that was very sweet, they really took good care of my wife.

we booked a double room and got assigned a triple room with 3 separate beds, not terrible but that was a mistake (I don't know who's responsible for this) and also the fact that you have to pay for parking.

Staff is nice and helpful. It's close to the lake and a lot of restaurants.

Location is tricky if you want to visit other places or cities. For example Verona, Milan or Brescia as you have to take many buses (you will need to change a couple of times) and/or the ferry and have to plan beforehand. It's not just inconvenience but public transport can be very expensive in Italy (especially for 3 or 4 people) If I would go again I would rather choose a location that is logistically better. Also on the other side of the lake there are a couple of theme parks too which I didn't know about. You have to pay extra for parking €10 / night, and car park is a bit tricky, very tight so you might want to get your car out the day before you leave otherwise you might be stuck. (We had to leave early so I couldn't take the risk, I had to ask others to move their car so I can get out)

the accomodation was very pretty, clean and situated in a very good location - just a few steps from the water, there was also a parking just next to the hotel, the staff was very nice and helpful in many ways and the breakfast was incredible, we will definitely come back!
