Last minute booking late at night due to flight delays and the check in man was so great with us and cheery. The breakfast was also really great!

They were fine but if I had to say something the beds could have been more solid

The breakfast is not rich! One day is ok but several days the same, no variety. There were no vegetables.There is no restaurant within 10 km. In August, the main season, the hotel restaurant is not open. (Don't arrive hungry, there's nothing to eat around here. Everything is closed.) Room is very old. Air conditioning is not cleaned ( stuffy nose, coughing / smelly )I don't know when it got the 4 star rating, but it's currently at most 1-2.It is not recommended to spend more than one night there, it is very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, the room was clean, but the furniture updated, still decent and comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Perfect location. Cozy room with daily cleaning service. Fantastic breakfast. Great outdoor pool. Staff were helpful and willing to accommodate my needs.

We took just one night there on the route so it was all ok but this is located rather in industrial/commercial area .

We are overall satisfied with our holiday but we will not visit this hotel again for the following reasonsPositive sides;- Big room with comfortable bed- Large balcony- 2 pools

Negative sides;- Room not very clean. We found some blonde hari from previous guests all around the room.- Wifi very weak. Disconnects all the time- THİS İS NOT A BEACH HOTEL. There is a walking distance to the beach. BEACH HOTEL means something else.- Food quality is average. I would expect better. - NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH. ( this applies to SOZOPOL in general )- NO satelaite tv. They only have anthena with only bulgarian channels. No International channels.- Check every plate and glass you will use at the restaurant. We found LOOOTS of dirty glasses and bowls.- Restaurant staff is not very smiley. Especially the guy who cooks PANCAKES. I would beat him if I stayed 1 more day at that hotel.

I had to check in after 1am because of a delayed flight and they waited for me to arrive and help me get a taxi in the morning. Service highly appreciated

The hotel was wonderful! Not fancy but when traveling for vacation all one needs is a comfortable, clean room. Breakfast was wonderful…fresh pastries, eggs, fruit ..,

The breakfast was varied and delicious. For the rest it was a decent hotel. The personnel was nice.

The pool was dirty, so we didn't even go in. Also, the night club across the street is no problem but the prostitutes lining up the main road that leads to the hotel's street are not a plus.

The included breakfast was exceptional and included a large range of different yoghurt, pastries, cereals, etc.The rooms and beds were comfortable and included a mini fridge which we found useful.

The location is not the best, located in quite an industrial area north of Treviso.

Perfect for staying one night when road tripping. Very nice personal and room was nice and clean. The food in the restaurant was nice too with great prices.

There were so many mosquitos around the pool that we could not be there, got 30 bites in less than 5 min. And the breakfast could be better, was only sweet things.

setting: 30 minutes from Venice, 30 minutes from Prosecco Route; staff is very helpful and personable; pool area is beautiful; rooms are large; very good breakfast buffet; dinner meal was delicious.

the only suggestion we would offer is to have a more meal options in the evening, for those who want something simple and light rather than a multi-course meal.

Everything is from the 80's. I don't know how can that be 4 ⭐ hotel, it's hardly 2 ⭐. Too expensive for what it is.
