- Perfect location, the stuff was very nice, breakfast was great.
- The breakfast. The Receptionist from the Diplomatic hotel that helped us to find all the information we needed to get to the Forli airport by bus. She was the only one that seemed to be interested in taking care of the guests of the hotel and the only one speaking English from the Diplomatic hotel. She was great!!!

- The Receptionist from the Universal hotel, as it seemed that she was not really interested to provide any support to our requests. The room was very small, there was not even space to store / keep your clothes. You could hear everything from the other rooms. It is not mentioned in the description of the hotel that you can use the beach of the hotel only if you stay five nights or more. Luckily the public beach was not far away.
- Room very small and not cleaned properly There was food in the fridge from previous host.Very limited parking.We could not control the room temperature and we had to ask twice to switch off the heating as it was far too warm.
- Bad internet connection in rush hours in rooms, some rooms have only unsuitable sockets so you need special adapters for your devices.

Excellent location, restaurant food is perfect. A lot of cafe with delicious food near the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent as was the staff and breakfast.
The hotel operates with the one adjacent and it's a bit strange to go back and forth for check in, check out, breakfast, etc.
