- The staff confused us about parking. At the end we parked the car overnight on the next street Viale Cristoforo Colombo - the local people explained street parking is free during off season.
- I was trying in 1 month living in Cervia a lot better hotels, accomodations and this one was the worst in Cervia So booking.com can see i have booked a lot hotels and have experiences and made only good reviews but for this hotel 2/10?arogant and fake smile receptionists and they dont even help uPlease dont waist your money for such a place !!!Also very low and not cold aircodition, small room and hotel without liftSee you never !

A beautiful hotel that I would wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. Especially for families, the location is great, cleanliness and convenience were at a high level.The breakfast was wonderful, the choice was big, even for vegans.Everything was close, the beach a few minutes away, the promenade, restaurants, the city center...The staff was very friendly, they were always at our disposal...definitely, a hotel that will suit everyone... I recommend it

Our air conditioning did not work. It could last one night. At breakfast, there was no self-service option, as we are used to. The lady who distributed the food was not very pleasant.
Hotel Airone is a perfect, welcoming place to stay. Pleasant staff and very good location near the beach and centre for a wide choice of restaurants. The parking is a bonus.
Lorena and her husband were the kindest hosts we could have hoped for! They were exceptionally attentive, and even drove my friend and me with our bikes to the hotel which fully exceeded our expectations and was beyond generous of them. The hotel also offers an extensive breakfast and had very comfy rooms, and is only a five minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in cervia
