Excellent location one street over from the beach.Very close to the city center and a supermarket.

The lobby is dark very very dim lights in the common areas at night.

The hotel is beautiful but Inside our rom was a bit dark ..

Some things inside of the room doesn’t work …the water in the sink does not flow properly…the mirror bracket was not fixed to the wall properly…the batteries in the TV remote control don't really workI didn’t enjoy the breakfast..no many options

We are really satisfied with our time spent here, the staff was really nice and cool, especially the cleaning ladies! Great people!

A few things for management to look at: the miscommunication that is present. First it was listed this property had parking which is only true if you don't move your car during the stay - don't click bait potential guests with this none sense. Next miscommunication was when we were told first we have breakfast included in the price and after having it for 2 days, we were asked to pay. Last thing was the water pressure in the bathroom, the water pressure is okay only if the sink is set for completely hot water. The hotel is in Milano Marittima, a sea side area where people come for summer holidays, so naturally having an extremely low water pressure in the bathroom for a cold shower is not great.

Super location, clean room and helpful staff, good breakfast (would be great more selection of vegetables).

The location is perfect, the nearest beach is around 200 meters away from the entrance. For parking, the staff registered our car, so it was parked on the street a few blocks away, but we didn't have to pay for it.

The location was fantastic! We had an amazing view of the sea and the sunrise was really something special that we will remember of our stay. The room was very nice and bed was quite comfy.

We had to wake up quite early for our check-out, and unfortunately the hot water wasn't working, so we had a lukewarm shower. That was the only negative aspect.

Room poorly maintained, paint of on the walls were full of marks. Very basic furniture.

The receptionist who took care about our complaint about the room, was very nice and helpful, she showed us two alternative rooms we could choose from. The hotel is clean, not too big, with family atmosphere.

Room Deluxe advertised as room with the sea view, had a concrete balcony and once sitting on it, we could see only the concrete walls, not the sea... Sea was slightly visible only once standing. This room was rather small too. Breakfast - distasteful cappucino, way too sweet juices, battered water glasses, cold pancakes, very limited choice of salty things.
