Perfect location for 2025 IM Italy. They let us store our bikes in the restaurant.

Great location between train station and sea, very clean and spacey rooms, tasty breakfast and food, most attentive and hospitable hosts ever! Loved it! Gabriadze Familyps. great if you come for Ironman too!

While the room was clean it need needs a fresh in up, its quite dated.

The hotel staff go beyond and made my stay a life time memory. I have been stayen in tens of fancy hotels before, such a human and personal caring felt like never before. Thank you Alicia and team. It was my greatest Ironman race.

It was so clean, perfect location, the people were so helpful and lovely! If we go back to Cervia we will absolutely stay here. Cannot stress the cleanliness. I love clean, it was perfect. Perfect for Ironman athletes too. They even had breakfast ready at silly o clock in the morning for the athletes!

Bed maddresses were not super comfortable. Fitness / gym had 5 cardio machines but none of them worked. The room was very small for 4 persons but that was not a surprise to us.

Accomodation has a great location - close to the historic center and also to the beach. Breakfast buffet has a large variety of food. We experienced also lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was really delicious. The staff was always very pleasent and helpfull. We highly appreciated large, clean pool with a life guard and pool equipment that was available for everyone. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Our room was a bit tiny. Next time we would rather book a room that would be more spacious.

Great location for both town and beach. Cervia has a picturesque old centre and an attractive area with bars and restaurants along the canal. There seemed to be some kind of market most evenings which created a lively atmosphere. Small hotel situated on a leafy residential street. ALL staff very friendly, helpful and hard working - thank you Alessia, Paula, Ricardo, Michaela, Francesca, Simone…can’t remember all the names…sorry! Not forgetting Francesco, the pool attendant. Really loved the food! Plenty of choice from the breakfast buffet. Couldn’t fault the evening meal: four courses, variety of dishes, all tasty and well balanced. Congenial ambience in the dining room. Waiter service. We looked forward to dinner each evening!

No complaints really….maybe a couple of pictures on the walls of the bedroom to make the the decor less neutral and more cosy.

The most friendly, helpful and hard working hosts/staff (11/10), good restaurant with quality breakfast and coffee (9/10), nice swimming pool with enough space (8/10), parking at the hotel is free and easy accessible (10/10), nice and clean bathroom (8/10), airconditioning works perfectly (10/10).

Very noisy, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, because you hear every sneeze and crying baby (2/10). Rooms are clean and the size is okay, but the economy rooms have a slanted roof and are not suitable for people over 175 cm (5/10). Family hotel, so expect a lot of toddlers and babies.

Two nights were to cold for only the thin sheet. To have some extra blankets in September would have been nice.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. I stopped here when doing Ironman and they arranged an earlier breakfast, allowed bikes in the room, offered a secure bike store.It's well located to access the marina, the town square and a short (10-15min) walk away from the Ironman race village/transition area.Wish I'd stayed around longer to explore the salt flats and flamingos but ran out of time.

Rooms might be a little small but think that's common for the region. Didn't affect my stay, it was somewhere to rest my head between racing and exploring the town.
