Very nice and helpful staff. Very good food.

Poorly soundproofed rooms (doors). Noisy in the early morning (hotel trolleys). Tight parking but it wasn't a big problem.

The staff were absolutely lovely. Hotel was clean and location was exactly where you need to be.

When I booked this room (junior suite) it had photos of a modern room with direct sea views. What we were allocated was a long room on the side of building towards the back of the hote with two small balconies that did allow you to see the sea - justl. Definately not what was ordered. When asked about this the staff said that they have tried to change the description with booking.com but booking.com won't allow them to change it. Who is telling what lies I do not know but obviously as the main hotel of the stay it was more than a bit disappointing. Other things to note. the layout of the room is such that whilst it's a large room there is nowhere to put two suitcases and the clothes out anywhere. what little hanging space there is is 2.2m in the air for which they provide you with a fishing pole to reach the hanger! No sofa or chairs in the room and the desk is a 2'space in the wardrobe. Finally, something that is important to know for anyone who needs to keep in touch with work, the internet drops out very very regularly and mobile signal is weak in the rooms.The saviour of the hotel however is the lovely staff who allowed us to still have a lovely time.

For a short holiday in early May, we discovered this hotel and were absolutely delighted with it. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was perfect. It has an ideal location for long walks on the beach. In May, it was serene, though it might be quite crowded during the summer. The staff were very kind and helpful. We sincerely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly stuff, very helpful. Although the room was small, it had a quite spacious balcony with view to the sea. Also, we did get a voucher for an umbrella and "sdraie"

It was not really clean. When we checked in, under the bed were a lot of bread crumbs. So we asked the cleaning lady to take care of it. The next day, the crumbs were away, but under the curtain (which was too long) were even more dirt. In the bathroom, the shower is to small and has no possibility to put the shampoo. You have to put it on the floor of the shower. In the breakfast room, we were seated both times on a dirty table, childrens seat full of marmelade.

Friendliness of staff, size of balcony

Breakfast was very plain. Cheese and meat shared a platter, making it unsuitable for vegetarians. Hotel tried to overcharge by EUR 20. Bathroom may have had modern fittings, but had stains everywhere. We booked a room with sea view but only had a side view. Hotel wasn't worth the money.

Breakfast very good .. especially the honey and fruits. Staff lovely and friendly and efficient.Best break we have had in years. Will definately be back . We love Italy ..

Would have liked a small balcony and also an extra mirror in our room..no complaints really .

All staff from reception, waitresses, cleaners all so very helpful and cheerful!Great rooms.Loved the rooftop area!
