Limited breakfast options

The location

The room was very basic and absolutely no sound proofing. You can hear everything even people just talking in neighbouring rooms. Restaurant was closed. Bar was dead. Supposed to be 24 hour reception but 3 times I had to help myself to my key as nobody there. Breakfast was just ok. No water in room , no kettle , no iron ( couldn’t even borrow one !) Young lady on reception was very helpful and polite. She did her best to deal with my disappointment!Would not recommend. 4 nights for €600 is far too much. Every piece of furniture needs an upgrade. Looks like nothing has been done in this hotel since the 80’s !

The breakfast was exactly what we required and the hotel even laid on an early breakfast as many of the guests were competing in the Ironman event which started at 07:30. The location of the Hotel was very close to the event which was a bonus.The hotel managed to arrange a taxi to the airport at a good rate which was good as the trains and been unreliable due to the flooding in the area.

Was not able to hand in the key when going out but was asked to take it with us. This meant that there was always a potential to lose it.

Decor was very good. Very large meaaures of shorts. Location excellent.

Having to get the car park opened every time i went out and in to the carpark. Not being able to leave key at reception. Having to push to get the room i paid for via booking.com.

Lovely and clean. Fantastic breakfast. Beach a short 2/minute walk away.

Old-fashioned, worn out hotel, stuck in the 90ties, needs complete renovation. The quality and trim of the rooms is nowhere near one would expect from a hotel today. The pictures of the rooms are misleading. The location was good. The staff at reception do not speak English and seem to be very unfriendly for some reason. A big disappointment.

Location is very good, close to beach.

Breakfast was limited. And one could not take breakfast on its own, there was someone from hotel who would put the food in your plate.

Very accommodating with letting us have a very late check out on day we were leaving before our transfer pick up with no extra charge.

Breakfast selection was very small , food was good but a very small selection of food.

Clean, well presented, great pool, great coffee.

One member of staff who was very rude, faulty inefficient air conditioning.

Fairly good location

Guest Service. Some, not all, were rude and unpleasant. Not sure why? Maybe it’s a culture thing. When it’s early breakfast time I need a smiling face.

Very good location, clean room. bathroom spacious and renovated. Nice staff.

Everything was perfect, great accommodation, great location, all recommendations.Great location for Ironman race.
