    • Amazing stay. Wonderful staff - literally everyone there is super nice and accommodating. Room was super comfortable. Great bed, quit and spacious room. Shower water pressure was perfect. Really pretty location with easy parking right behind the hotel. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. They have a wonderful terrace you can have coffee or a cocktail at. Overall, really nice hotel in a beautiful Italian setting.

    Cons -

    • Nothing, everything was perfect.
    • Nothing really.
    • The first room we received was tiny , they moved us to a bigger room , very dark, no view at all towards a wall . It is a sham to be in such a beautiful place and no view.

Everything was fantastic ! Facilities, breakfast, and the rooms were all perfect. For us, the best part of the stay was the wonderful staff who couldn’t have been more accommodating! They were so friendly and helpful for any requests we have, this is a truly special hotel with a wonderful staff.

    Very good hotel

There is no place to stay outside if the weather is fine, terrace is occupied by the restaurant and bar outside is practically on the street, no balcony in the room

Magnificent view, lovely room and helpful staff with parking provided

A little pricey at the restaurant

What a dreamy spot in the heart of a soulful historic town. The staff were lovely, the historic property has been renovated with a classic but upgraded design and everything was so comfortable & delightful. The property overlooks the square and restaurant was fantastic. Absolutely loved it

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! Check in was simple. Silvia greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage. Breakfast was delicious; fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, of course, meat and cheese. Silvia and Elena gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even called to make reservations for us. Close to the center of the village so you can walk everywhere. They booked us a private wine tour and tasting at 2 wineries. We ended up having a problem with our rental car the night before we were to leave for the airport, the car wouldn't start. Silvia booked a taxi for us to get to the airport while she contacted the rental car company to have them pick up the car. She went above and beyond to help us! So gratuitous! Highly recommend Albergo Al Sole!

    Nothing!

Superb choices for breakfast & the dinner on the terrace at the Hotel was beautifully presented & a masterpiece The owner was always available when we asked for advice & booking restaurants Superb attention to detail when cleaning the room with a bowl of fruit & homemade biscuits on arrival.

    It was perfect

Just having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the town and the panorama below made staying at the Albergo al Sole worth it. The service was attentive and professional. And of course, Asolo is a gorgeous small town.

    Worst

Stains on the Carpets. The lampshade thorn. Unbilievable that this hotel is classified as 5 stars hotel. I was sent to park the car in a full private carpark so small that it was very difficult to get out and I even damaged my rental car trying to pull out. When I explained this to the lady from the reception she didn't even appologized not speaking about any kind of compensation. We had to check out very early in the morning (for the flight) before the included breakfest time but nobody offer us a breakfest box as expected. The night shift receptionist kindly offered to prepare cofee which of course we refused (no time for this)

Excellent food and hospitality. Premier location and top notch facilities in one of the best towns in northern Italy.

    10JoPosted on: 7-9-2024

Location, staff, breakfast. We loved it.

Seating area outside could be improved with the addition of more comfortable seating but that’s only a small thing.
