Beautiful hotel with a warm welcome Good pool area.Lunch was lovely. Server at lunch was a little 'ditsy' but generally polite.

Room was very traditional. It was more dated than we expected, and probably more dated than charming. This is just a matter of personal preference as items within the room were in good condition, and my comment relates only to the styling.Would have appreciated communication on hotel dress code in advance as my partner did not bring long trousers which were a requirement and preclude us eating in the restaurant.

A beautiful and quiet hotel in beautiful Asolo. I guess Queen Mom liked it too. So you are in best company there. Everything ist tasteful. A wonderful garden and view. A true gam.

….well into the second half of three months in Italy we came to asolo and villa cipriani for rest,recuperation and recharge…both filled more than our expectations….the town…the location of the villa…the ambience…and especially the beautiful staff….made for the most wonderful and memorable experience….we thank you all……g&a…..

Staff was approachable, accommodating, and actively anticipated our needs, rooms were close and perfect for our stay, food was great

Service at formal restaurant. We clearly had a trainee who was not yet ready for being alone in a place like that. We arrived at the last sitting and the whole experience felt rushed, tired, and sloppy.

On Saturday a wedding party took over all common areas meaning that we had no real access - and felt like intruders -

The pool, the room, the grounds, the air of sophistication, the location. These were all wonderful and exceeded my expectations. I had expected some mustiness, and while there is a distinct air of old fashioned decorum and standards, it's been updated in a charming way.

Unfortunately, and while I wish I could say otherwise, the dinner we had at the restaurant, while lovely in terms of the ambiance and setting, was average at best, in my opinion at least. The breakfasts were quite good though.

It was a wonderful stay. The initial impression was there the hotel might be a bit dated, but we had a wonderful time. Asolo was a lovely town with some nice food options.

The only real complaint was the wifi was terrible. Almost non-existent.

In one of the most romantic dining rooms overlooking the garden and the lovely valley below, why do they play loud American rock and roll music?! Found it very grating and surprising as everyth8ng else is so tasteful.
