- We really liked the room. It was large and spacious. The shower was clean and comfortable and we had a nice TV too we used on our night there. Parking outside the hotel is free, and it wasn't a problem to find a spot when we arrived at around 8pm. The staff were very nice and professional and we felt safe staying there.We also loved the breakfast! It was by far the highlight for us in our stay. Lots of fruits and vegetables (you don't see many of those around the alps in other hotels), delicious coffee and hot chocolate, and just generally exceptional hosting.

Hotel situated very close to the center vith a nice garden and very nice rooms vith lake view. We have asked for a room with balcony and we received one of the best rooms we had in this vacation. Many thanks to Michaela, the chief of the reception. The breakfast very complete and staff helpfull and friendly. We would like to repeat this experience next year.

This modern hotel is very close to the termes and the centre of Levico, a small old town on the edge of the lake with the same name. Well appointed and very clean, with a nice restaurant that, unfortunately, we didn't have the chance of trying because they didn't have enough of a vegetarian choice on offer that night. Luckily the buffet breakfast included made up for it, having lots of healthy choices and a bright set up.
Have to be mindful that if you're not familiar with either Italian or German, natively spoken in this area, the language barrier can be quite embarrasing, since none of the restaurant personnel spoke any English at all...they just nodded politely when we requested a cup, but without any follow up...Also, beware that the parking lot for the hotel is in fact situated 100m away, and there are 2 flights of stairs to carry the luggage over to the reception area, at the first level, where the lift is situated
