Cristallo Sport & Wellness Hotel

Very nice room, hotel well located. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Wonderful, friendly staff, a beautiful spa section with 3 different saunas, a fabulous breakfast - all placed in a charming village. We loved our time there and hope to return next autumn!

The Junior suite was very spacious and clean.The food in the restaurant was good.

The customer service in the hotel left alot to be desired. The staff seemed to be either to busy or annoyed to be helping people. No one gave you much information on how the breakfast worked and we had booked our dinner for 7pm and you were not allowed in not even 1 minute early. They certainly didn't make it a nice experience.

Odd that there is tea and coffee making facilities in room, but no sugar or milk available, even when we asked.Staff in the restaurant weren't very friendly. They seemed stressed and one staff member in particular (Elena) was blunt and rude. Young man working behind bar in afternoon was also unhelpful and unfriendly to guests. The hotel is attractive, but lacks warmth, it is very stark, rooms included. It needs artwork on walls and more potted plants.The staff were all quite young and seemed to lack direction at times and were certainly not of a high standard of professionalism. Disappointing.

I liked the delicate scent of wood throughout most areas. I was told the hotel was renovated about 6 years ago, to include wooden cladding and tasteful accents, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, while still feeling very much like a modern hotel. Open views towards the mountains, valley and lake Caldonazzo.The outdoor breakfast area was also very pleasant. The staff went out of their way to provide an assortment of delicious, gluten free carbs (including warm buns and cake!) for my coeliac travel companion. Delightful!Just wish we had arrived in good time to try the wellness areas. Next time, for sure! :)Noticed a couple of guests with well-behaved dogs. Wonderful to know furry friends can also be accommodated!

Modern building, lovely location and wonderful breakfast. Annex building was great as well. Saunas were also good!

Comfortable bed in a clean room with a good balcony. Hotel in a central location in town. Breakfast food o/k and coffee good.

All was well and only the pool a bit small.

Freshly new hotel. We got an upgrade for better room for free. Fee for dogs is 15 euro per night. Very good breakfast with fresh juices you can make yourself, hot meals, sweets and etc.Location is perfect, there are local restaurants, lakes and a big city in 20min driving.A big parking spot free of charge right in front of the hotel.

Recently renewed hotel, very clean with amazing facilities. Staff was amazing, dinner rich and delicious. Spa was great as well as the massage we have booked there.

Very comfy mattress, great spa facility (amazing sauna rooms), wonderfully scented common areas, great breakfast. Nice to see pets welcomed! We travelled here with our golden retriever.

Very friendly staff. Yummy breakfast with good selection of sweet, savoury and juices. We had an "economy room" so were in the annex - although the building itself was outdated, the room was modern and we had a huge balcony with a mountain view.

It was good to have the option to charge our electric car but €0.60/kW for 3kW/h is expensive!

Top location for Levico town centre and to explore the surroundings. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Fantastic authentic local food from farm to fork, in a beautiful and cosy location surrounded by wooden furniture and northern design of good taste.Appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness in every area of the hotel and its amenities. Great gym and wellness area with several saunas where I also had a fantastic ayurvedic massage.The pool outside comes with a jacuzzi well sheltered besides (in case of rain). All spaces aren't excessively big-size for a more intimate and relaxed experience.

Styling, wooden smell and atmosphere were great! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the Spa / Massages are next level for such a hotel. Definitely will come back!

Nothing to dislike!

The main building is new and offers all the luxury that you”ll need. We slept in the annex, where the rooms are nice and simple but very clean and meets up with standards. The breakfast is amazing and they serve a good dinner too

The bathroom in the annex is outdated and somewhat small. Nevertheless the shower is good and clean.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were friendly and professional, the room had a good size and was well lit, wellness centre was very clean. The main hotel had superb finishing details and a great panoramic terrace.

Unfortunately the beds and the pillow were very hard and it was difficult to sleep on them. But it was a minor thing, all in all it was a pleasant experience.
