This accommodation was an incredible disappointment. Neither on the website or during the booking process was it mentioned that the images of the beautiful wellness area and the spacious panoramic gym uploaded to the site were completely misleading. The gym was in a small room with just a tiny window, and the wellness area wasn’t even accessible for viewing.We deliberately chose this accommodation for its advertised wellness facilities and gym. After a full day of traveling, it would have been great to relax in the wellness area, especially since it was included in the price, and there was no prior notice that these services would NOT be available.Overall, the essence of this 4-star hotel couldn’t even be enjoyed. It was a huge disappointment, and we feel deceived when thinking about this hotel and the experience we had.

The neighborhood wasn’t that great

Modern high rise hotel in the new part of Imola. Room was comfortable. They have a roof top pool, sauna and steam room. There is a charge of 15 euros to use these facilities. Very good breakfast available. Parking available on site in a gated underground car park. Imola historic centre is 10 minutes away by car as is Dozza. Both worth a visit

Had to pay an extra €15pp Everytime you wanted to use the pool, which you have to pre book. Breakfast was okay but nothing brilliant

Location was not good even dangerous. I came across with two fights on the street within 20 minutes. Definitely was not the right place for families

Big and comforatble rooms; Very clean; Rich breakfast; Nice panoramic view from the breakfast hall on the top floor; Placed in the peaceful residental area of Imola;

outside looks as some kind of oldfashioned building but inside is fine;

Staff was friendly and arranged an early checkin.Parking is onsite and covered.Pizza restaurant is fantastic.

Hotel is a little dated.

We had a great sleep and great shower. Also breakfast was more than expected. What more do you need from w hotel ?

The room is big enough for my family of 3. Our stay was very good overall. We enjoyed the breakfast spread. The restaurant serves very good, reasonably priced pizza—you can't go wrong there! My personal highlight is the spa within the hotel. The service and massage were very good!

The reception wasn't friendly when we did our check-in, about 10pm. Not welcoming after our long drive to get there.

Staff were very helpful and were more than happy to work with an error I made on the booking. Secure garage parking was great, room on upper floor was really comfy and clean. Restaurant food was good too.

Nice rooms, good location and helpful staff.This was my second time in the hotel.

Better (more options) breakfast would raise my score. Everything else was fine.

Swimming pool broken, jacuzzi out of service, hamam out of service.

Staff was fantastic, hotel was clean, good size of the room with a nice balcony , breakfast was good and underground garage for my car was free so we had a comfy one night stay in Donatello.

I wish beds were a bit bigger, but it's not a deal breaker for me, it was still comfortable enough.

I liked the room, as it was spacy and comfy. Staying on the 7th floor gave us a great view. The breakfast was good also with a good variety.
