Great location (for me). 5 minutes away from our italian office and less than 5 minutes away from the city centre. The room was clean and spacious enough. The breakfast was better than anticipated (and better than other hotels I stayed at near San Deniele). Will definitely use again next week.The free car park is also appreciated.

Great staff, very clean room and new furniture. And for me very important, is safe parking place.

A little bit noisy because building is near to the road.

Its a wonderful little hotel located 20 minutes walking distance from the center of San Daniele. The whole facility is spotlessly clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive to the guests' needs. Great value for money. If we come to again San Daniele we'll definitely book here.

Very cute little space and hotel. Lots of things to like…the tea room on the room level floor was nice. Coffee orders were taken during breakfast which was very nice and very yummy. Breakfast had a lot of variety but most was pre-packaged food, the pastries were not fresh, and the eggs, meats and cheese were just ok. Lots of parking available.

Right off the main highway. Tv in room didn’t work very well and had very few options. Bed was ok.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was good, able to walk to grocery stores or restaurant.

Couldn’t connect to internet.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay in Friuli. The service was exceptional. Daily breakfast was superb. We have no hesitation in recommending this albergo.

We were 3 motorcyclists staying for 3 nights. We had two rooms.The rooms were very clean.The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and always filled up if anything got low. The lady of the house was very nice and gave us information where we could dine.The restaurant next door served excellent meals. Certainly a hotel I would recommend to anyone and would come again if I am in the area

Close to the central piazza of San Daniele. Large parking. Great breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was well done for such a small hotel.

Immaculate hotel. Receptionist /owner was really friendly. She spoke excellent English too. She was very helpful when we asked for more pillows.

The beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Breakfast was very good. They provided a lactose free option upon request. Parking available on site and town centre at walking distance. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

A good place to stop on the way from Poland / Austria to mid/south of Italy. The check-in process was flawless (self check-in in our case), the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Two tasty chocolates awaited us on the bed - a very nice touch :)The guests can enojoy a common kitchen with tea, coffe and some small snacks - that is a lovely idea! The complimentary breakfast was very good with a great variety of food.The are a lot of nice restaurants in the area and we really enjoyed our stay. Our dog was also warmly welcomed :)

Moder hotel, comfortable beds, well-furnished rooms. Mini-bar with reasonable prices. The hotel is pet-friendly with no extra charge, free ample parking, and a restaurant nearby. The receptionist Lady is very friendly. Delicious breakfast and great coffee. Will gladly come again.

For the rooms that have a view towards the inner yard, the ventilation system from the restaurant can be a little bit disturbing

Easy walk into town, nice little family run place. Perfect for traveling with a dog. Would definitely visit again

It’s very nice clean new hotelBreakfast was very good with ham, fruits and homemade cakes.Good restaurant downstairs, meat and ham typically for that region are in the menu.

There wasn’t an electric kettle in the room, there were cups and tea bags, but no possibility to make hot water. Also tea and coffee on the reception for additional price (also for breakfast you can have only one cup of coffee, for the second you will pay)

Super friendly staff that made everything very easy. Also the rooms were exactly what we expected. Clean, somehow modern and perfectly comfortable. Most importantly the two stuff members were super nice, which is always very important to have a nice stay

Maybe the breakfast could have been a little more of everything, but that‘s complaining on a very high level. All in all it was a very very good stay.
