The view from the terrace was lovely, the included breakfast was outstanding

The wifi did not work and the phone to call the front desk did not work either

Overall lovely Hotel with fabulos staff everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful

Free Parking should have been included for Hotel Guests

Location...bar in lobby lovely staff..gym and pool area very clean and served it's purpose. Only had breakfast and was very good.

The light on terrace on all night and shutters let some light through but I'm a fusspot with dark haha. Kettle woukd of been nice.

We arrived for a wedding and the location was perfect for our stay. Close to some great restaurants and an easy drive out to explore more of la Manga or visit surrounding areas. Some places along the strip were closed, but we were there early in the season. The hotel staff were wonderful and receptive...room was spacious and comfortable.

No complaints for us aside from the showers leaking some water under the shower door into the bathroom, but that wasn't a big deal and can be easily remedied.

the bed was really uncomfortable basic and small and impossible to watch TV from the bed

Breakfast and dinner were ok rather than good. Choice for non meat eaters wasn't great, but we didn't expect it to be.

Coffee and water or juice during dinner, only during breakfast.

I liked the room, the hotel layout and the staff were excellent

The food was very average

good location, views, architecture and value for money, beautiful hall and reception,

although new, the facilities are pretty basic and cheap, small rooms and bathrooms wbut huge terrace. it's more of a good 3 star hotel, rather than 4 stars.the water leaks from the shower, bathroom is very small

Good food (for a buffet). Spacious room and a nice big balcony. Easy parking. Whole area was getting quiet by mid October. Weather was still good so nice time for a holiday.

Like many Spanish buildings the soundproofing between rooms could be better. The hotel was generally quiet and we only had neighbours on one side so it was never a problem.

The bed was not comfortable and only had 1 pillow per person.

No storage drawers.Not enough pillows or blankets.

End of season. Just a few people by the pool, so nice to read a book in silence )))

Payment for still water at lunch and dinner.

Friendly staff. Clean great food easy to park.

Rooms are a bit basic.

The breakfast was very good much choice, we found 1 night tge chips were cold but the 2nd evening was improvement. The view and balcony was very nice.

The room had no kettle or teabags but we asked for kettle and they provided us with kettle straight away

The staff were very nice at reception and especially in the restaurant. Bus stop directly outside the hotel

I would like to have had chicken on the menu and perhaps change the breakfast menu every second day or so.

Loved the hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful room was great and we had the best views of both the Ned and the mar menor

The breakfast was excellent as I thought that it would be a continental one so I was surprised that it was a self service full English one.

The evening meal was excellent in what was available again as self service. However it was not always as hot as I would have liked. I usually went in at about 20.10 and some of the food was only lukewarm. I learned to avoid the chips and went for potatoes instead. This was a slight disappointment.The TV was advertised as International but it was only some the news channels that were in English.

The view was of the next house from room 117. Went to the buffet for dinner. It was very expensive and not good

Beautiful Hotel but offers tiny rooms for the money.
