Parking, Room, Staff
It appeared to be a partially??? immigrant accommodation. Many Africans sitting/lounging around, indoors and outside, wearing hoodies, even eating with them on. Poor atmosphere, very morose situation. Restaurant sparsely used.
Location was perfect. On site parking. Bus stop to the main sites was just outside the front door - just a 10 minute ride. Room was clean and comfortable. Big powerful shower. The extra blanket and heater was useful as it gets cold in the evenings in February.Javier was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of tips of where to go, best views of the city and explained the statues in the centre. Handy cafeteria in the hotel was great for a quick and cheap breakfast. Also did lunch and dinner - though we didn't have those.
poor
was worried about car all night as really bad area. only one sheet and a bed spred to sleep with wich is probably not washed. pay a bit extra and stay somewhere else. think the hotel is being used to house asylum seekers.
helpful staff very clean
probably a little further out from where we wanted to be but there was a good bus service and reasonable taxi service
Polite staff, clean rooms, free parking
Location . Value for money
Small room . Below average sizeNoisy corridor
We stayed here due to its proximity to the Perpetuo Socorro Hospital where we had appointments.
Only one beside lamp instead of two. The bed moved forward when sitting up in bed.
Welcoming staff, it was clean and well serviced and I particularly liked the cafe.
The immediate environment isn’t great: opposite a petrol station and a reasonably long hike into the centre: however, this is factored into the price.
The staff was good very busy placeOur room was updated but there is On going Renovation 's at Hotel. We eat at Hotel only once. We had to go into the centre.
We where not informed over the Renovations of the Hotel, and one half is an holding Hotel for foreign' sAlso booking .com you put there was near by eating places, different, where not only fast food .
staff friendly and helpful, hotel and room very clean and modern. room had a tv ,fridge, good beds and shower with lots of hot water and towels. Air con in room good and could be set to be quiet through the night. Free car park an added bonus. Good value hotel. Bus into centre of Cartagena (no7) right outside hotel. decent regular service.
soap dispenser in shower was poor, did not work well. No tea/coffee facilities in room.
Location easy to find with parking onsite, no charge, bonus**. Bathroom facilities good. Beds comfortable.
No tea making facility, kettle, cups. No spare pillow.
It was easy to find and parking was available.
The neighborhood looked run down and dirty.
Hotel average but the location horrible. Arab men and African men hanging around front of hotel all night making noise and quite threatening. Police cars came at least twice during the one night we stayed. Booked and paid for two nights but checked out first thing in the morning after one night. Not a good experience.Worse place I have ever stayed at with booking.com.
The location was totally unsuitable and seemed unsafe area to stay in.
Clean helpful staff and great location
Easy parking with a handy bus stop to take you straight into the centre (5 stops on the no 7 bus). Everywhere smelled clean and fresh and the onsite café/restaurant served a nice breakfast.
Public areas showing some signs of age. Some of the staff were a bit surly.
room was clean reception very nice and helpful
outside of the front of the hotel was very dirty
Easy to find, good parking.a little like a premier premiere Inn
It was OK I would stay again
