Friendly helpful staff.good clean facilities, roof terrace.

Room lacked natural light and windows small and high up.

Our stay at this place was perfect! The room was huge and everything seemed to be clean. The location of the place was the beswt, only like a 5 minute walk to where we wanted to be. It was perfect and we will be staying here again if we go back!

What a GREAT place! Still feels new. The room was super clean and comfy. Perfect location, about 10 minutes walk to historic center as well as train station. Staff were friendly and attentive.

It was spotless, well maintained and comfortable. The receptionists were extremely nice, professional and friendly.

Our room could hardly be described as one with “a view to the mountains”. It opened to a parking lot against a low slope. The window was about six feet from the ground and had no wrought iron bars to prevent people from climbing and getting in. Because of that, we couldn’t leave the window open even when we were in the room

Whole building set on a very good location, more of hotel type then a hostel, however I had a really pleasant stay and everything was nice starting with reception, room, comfortable bed, locker and additional areas which they are offering to guests for a free daily use. I stayed in 4 bed dormitory room and people were very quite. Cleaning was done daily...

Little bit strange arranged space with water tap close to a beds rather then in toilets. Showers look outdated and I think that some more hangs are needed for placing of the cloths and towels.

Rooftop sun terrace and gym

Room was a bit noisy, all the doors slamming on the corridor during the night were very loud.

Nice, basic option. Shower, toilet in the room. Good wifi. Ok bed, clran and fresh bed sheet.10 min walk to casco abtigua. Parking near Plaza de Toros free of charge (300 -400 m).

Surroundings may be not so fancy.

Very clean and comfortable bed, great location, close to everything.

I found the mattress and pillow very comfortable. It is immaculate and has laundry, vending, gym and a good location.

My only quibble is that the air conditioner can be on high or low. High is too cold and low is too warm for me, so I went back and forth.

A great idea. Loved the idea of the kitchen.

A group of kids (13 years old?) allowed to run amok. No teacher in sight. I finally went to reception just before 11 and they were able to summon a teacher. Not the Loop's fault but very poor tutoring.

Beds made up in advance would have been nice.

I had a 4 bed room. It was good because it is split into two levels and i had a normal bed on top.The bathroom and the shower are good and dirctly in the room. The welcome was good.The hostel is located nice, very close to everything in Cartagena

All good. The key card did not open the front door. You have to ring.

Very nice staff, EXCELLENT location (some 10 mins walk to the most interesting attractions of Cartagena - and 5 mins to Lidl). Amazing terrace on the roof with great views, especially for sunrise and sunset). If it’s really a hostel, not a hotel, it was the best one I’ve ever stayed in.

The rooms were not as soundproof as I’d like them to be, and the bed was too soft. And I mean REALLY soft.

I booked a room with balcony, but the balcony was not even a square meter. Not able to sit there.

A hostel to spend no more than one or two nights. No complaints about cleanliness, no complaints about the staff either. But, I was uncomfortable sleeping on the second level, the stairs creaked and seemed unsafe, in a room on the 2nd floor.

Weak ventilation and a semi-dark room, the room looked like a barracks for temporary accommodation. I wanted to leave this room faster.

Great value single rooms with comfy beds, own bathroom and tiny outside space. Great to have a gym that actually has reasonable sized weights. Large kitchen and eating area. Wifi worked pretty well. Walkable to train station and everything in the city centre. Friendly staff and free luggage storage. Would happily stay here again for a few days.

Gym is in a basement with no windows and the a/c doesn't work, so it's pretty hot. Kitchen equipment is somewhat limited (e.g. sharp knives, bowls) and the cooking space is limited so you have to wait at busy times.

Great location, close to everything, free parking near the university. Big room which was clean.

Smells like a hospital, kitchen lacking things like knives. Also only one sink in the kitchen means it gets very crowded during breakfast & dinner.In general it feels like it was a great hostel a few years ago but starting to need some freshening up.
