Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Paper thin & dirty walls, dark and dingy. Noisy neighboring toddler running & screaming all night, you can hear EVERYTHING from adjoining rooms. Squeaky bed, only a top sheet. Construction noise. Never slept. Not a 3 star hotel in any universe. So bad.

The location is perfect, close to everything

It is a very nice hotel, not too big and well maintained. The staff was very kind and very informative. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful with their surroundings.

Horrible, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Everything. First, they say the parking is available, but in reality it’s 2 spaces and all of them are occupied. Then during the stay I saw 4 different receptionists and they are all rude, not welcoming, grumpy and not willing to help, always on their phones, it’s crazy. The rooms are bad, the light was flickering, the bathroom door is old and makes noises, the tv was only channels and to put on YouTube you had to pay, which is crazy.

Big room and spacious bed.

The heating would not turn off and it was very warm so we turned it off and had to open the window.

Excellent location in walking distance of museums, shopping and restaurants.

Our room (on the east side) was located above a piano bar where the patrons sang like dying cats! Playing a YouTube video of ocean sounds helped at night.

Eco friendly conscious, pristine clean, superb buffet breakfast and fantastic location and value.

Good location, short walk to many restaurants, shopping and the marina.

Clean and comfortable, but very basic hotel. Chose this property as it has parking, however the parking is very small and was full so we still had to find a public lot nearby.

The guy at the front desk didn’t want ti talk with me, he was very slow, he let us stay in the lobby 30 min because he didn’t want tot talk with us amd he didn’t told us we have free water and coffee. The room was very dirty and also we didn’t have glasses in the bathroom for the toothbrush, they pus us in a room right next to a contriction site inside the hotel, amd all the clothes were covered in dust after our stay a the noise was very very loud.

Nice reception and very good outside rooms and spaces to for example work if you wish.

The room wasnt that great, no view, was not properly dusted, no garbage bins in the bathroom. Bed not very comfortable, also squeeky.

We booked mainly because of the “parking availability” and breakfast… neither were as expected. Parking turned out to be on first come first served basis and no longer available, so we were sent to look for parking on our own. Breakfast at additional cost without hot food (i.e no eggs) only coffee, breads, cereal and hams.The sofa bed was not comfortable, had a couple of slats in bad condition so they would come off its support, so the thin foam would drop right in the middle of the persons’s back :(

Proximity to the center of town.

We spent the entire time there WITHOUT air conditioning. We were there five nights and the entire hotel was without air conditioning. It was miserably hot, especially while showering since the bathrooms do not have any extraction fans. Also, the hotel rooms are minimalist - one set of towels for two people with a bag noting for emergency use with one more towel. One of the days, we did not get any cleaning service for some unknown reason.

We had a lovely stay for 10 nights here, location great, shower very good, lovely light room, very good staff.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was very high and it was quiet so we slept very soundly! We will be visiting Cartegena regularly and this will be our go to place to stay in future.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Nice big, clean room, comfortable bed

Great location, lovely clean and super efficient hotel. This was down to the staff who were all excellent, professional and very friendly and happy to help with everything. We had a lovely’s stay here for the week whilst visiting the area and would definitely stay again. Breakfast options and coffee were excellent but it was the friendly and hard working staff that went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. ?
