I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything was well organized from check-in to check-out.What truly made the stay special was the amazing staff. Loli, Jesus, Vanessa and Antonio were all fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a big difference and really elevated the experience.I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

The room was super clean. Great towels for the bathroom as well. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. Lastly, the hotel is in a good location close to downtown Cartagena.

The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors and people in the hallway. We sleep with a sound machine on so the noise did not bother us much at all … just be aware if you are a light sleeper.

Elevator a bit slow

The location was 16 minutes from the historic center, and Isabel's customer service skills.

The historical sites were all closed...

The room was clean, the linens were excellent. The bathroom was small, but had everything we needed. The shower pressure was excellent. The bed was comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast, not sure if we would do that again. The choices for the breakfast were marginal. The staff was incredible. I want to give a specific shout out to a woman named Isabel. She made our trip. We forgot our passports in the safe, and she made sure to look after them until we could return. I can't say enough good things about this woman. She has a great sense of humor, she's an excellent manager, and if she's not the manager, then she should be. I hope her boss is reading this, and I hope they give her a raise!

Very modern and clean. It was a 10 minute walk through quiet streets to the seafront. It felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evening. The staff are very welcoming.

The front of the hotel does not display the excellent accommodation waiting for you when you step in to the foyer.

Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Rooms were lovely with a good bathroom and facilities.Breakfast was also really good although could have done with ketchup - a very minor point.Hotel about 10-15 minute walk from the Railway Station and close to centre so restaurants within easy walking distance.Hotel was far better than I had expected - was good value.

Could have done with a bar but nice bar/coffee shop just around the corner.

The hotel itself is not new, but the lobby, restaurant and the rooms themselves look fresh. There are some things that can be noted (for example, the elevators), but overall, these are all minor comments. We got a room next to the elevator - at the same time, it did not border on others and it was very quiet at night. This was our first time using room service. It worked great. But the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the breakfasts! A huge variety, WARM plates, and the food is constantly replenished until closing time. So you won't find yourself in a situation where "something is already gone". I HIGHLY recommend having breakfast there. Restaurant staff - thank you very much for your attention to detail and to your guests!

Ideal location for exploring the city. Exceptionally clean with good local parking. Isabel in particular on reception was absolutely fantastic - incredibly engaging and helpful!

The hotel is in a good location close to the old town. We were lucky to get a parking place in front of the hotel on the street. The reception was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable . We had a very nice breakfast so all in all a good stay

Comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast.

There was only one working lift with a maximum of 6 people which was not ideal. Also, we were encouraged to save water, and were happy to do so, but the body wash and shampoo provided were releasing such small amounts that our showers lasted longer as we battled to get soap to wash with.
