Amazing price for a last-minute booking, extremely helpful staff.

The mini fridge was in no way cold, the staff informed us it was not intended to be? Lukewarm beer and coke isn't a thing in Spain, especially when it's 38 C/99 F outside. However! The staff was kind enough to store a few perishables in their fridgfor us.

The guy at the front desk woke us up THREE times about a fire alarm that was ONLY happening in our room. We told him there was no fire and to stop bothering us! We were exhausted and trying to sleep before a busy day the next day. It felt like a scam.

The hotel had a good modern look. Clean

Nice hotel but needs some TLC on the laminate floors and bottom of the doors.

Excellent location, good breakfast and many attactions within walking distance.

The hostel does not have staff 24hours (not even until midnight). Paid towels (was in the small print). The mattress was soggy not the best for back support. Getting there by taxi or by car is very difficult. Parking is very difficult and during the weekend and evenings nearly impossible. I expected a bit more for what I paid.

I have stayed in a dozen different NH hotels in multiple locations all over Europe. And sometimes one does not match previous experiences.

Sink in the bathroom did not drain. The A/C shut down in the middle of the night. The park beside the hotel was a magnet for noise all night long.

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the private parking. And we really enjoyed the excellent breakfast. And thank you for deep freezing our cooling elements! Great service!

The location of the hotel is rather poor. Not an atractive neighbourhood. And around the hotel there is a strong sense of sewege gas smell, that is unfortunatyely picked up by the hotel airco.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Especially Soukaina on the front desk who is bilingual and showed me the utmost kindness and hospitality. My room was also pristine and I had a desk and office chair to work.

You can pay 10€ at the hotel for their secure gated parking, but there is ample free parking outside the hotel.The hotel is located about a 25-minute walk from the port, in a quiet residential area. There is a bus service close by.Breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal. However, the restaurant isn't open 7 evenings a week, so you'll need to check for specific dates.All of the hotel staff that we encountered were, without exception, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a "new-style" room with a huge comfy double bed - well worth the few extra euros!

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel itself, but bear in mind that if you are in Cartagena for the sightseeing, and unless you really love to walk, you will need to use the bus or car.

Clean, proper, nice facilities.

The temperature control of the room did not work. It was at 27 celsius and could not lower it. It was a bit hot inside the room and we had to open the window to cool it down.

No room service at nighy no where around to get food after 10 we arrived late. Coffee in reception cold.

Good location and lots of free parking. I loved the gym.

It’s a little tired loose frame and tap in the bathroom. Restaurant not open on weekends so if you are working no and just want a meal in the hotel you cannot do that.

Quiet comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast

Toilet would not flush. no food available on Friday after we arrived, none on Saturday except breakfast and only room service on Sunday evening after 8pm. Needed a taxi ride to find food.

Clean, modern hotel a short walk from the train station. Staff were friendly, and my two night stay was good value for money. Cartagena is a very interesting place and if I go back this is where I will stay again.

Superficially it looks very nice but it’s a little frayed around the edges.. wooden floor is curling up. Net curtains are all pulled out of shape.. partition for shower over bath lets water leak onto floor.. bathroom door laminate is peeling.. I got the feeling it was a business type hotel for traveling reps or such like where the wear and tear would be accepted.. not what I’d expect in a three star hotel..In summary it was okay for a few days and most things within twenty minutes walk

Good location for visiting the city. Really lovely, friendly staff. Very helpful. Made us feel very welcome. Good parking.

Overall an ok experience. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms looked a bit bad maintained and the mattress is horrible.

We booked the hotel from the road, we arrived at night, overall it was very efficient, suitable for a hotel for one night, I don't know if I would book it for several nights, the breakfast is very reasonable.

Very basic, the bed is not that comfortable, located in the town on a main street
