    Pros +

    • A fantastic family-owned hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of products, including delicious local specialties. The staff was always very helpful and polite, making our stay even more enjoyable.Despite having only a few floors, the hotel is equipped with a lift—which was a game-changer for me. Just before my arrival, I suffered a back injury, and having the lift available made my stay much more comfortable. One of the hotel's biggest advantages was the ski bus service, operated by the hotel owners. It was always available, efficient, and made getting to the slopes incredibly convenient.Highly recommend this place for skiers!
    • Staff was really great and helpful. Breakfast was really good, and they also provided special breakfast for an allergic person.
    • An recent italian albergho on perfect position and beautiful view to 3 sides of Dolomites.Room clean with great balconyBig parking. Capo and staff are famous.

    Cons -

    • The hotel’s interior was a bit outdated, but everything was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. One suggestion for improvement would be having a restaurant open for evening meals. I would gladly pay extra for this convenience rather than having to search for available restaurants in nearby towns, which was not always easy—especially for a larger group during high season.
    • Walls and roofs muffle a normal talking voice, but you can hear everything when someone runs in heels or screams.
    • Everything perfect

Room was very cosy, perfectly silent, and comfortable - with nice and welcoming details. Personnel was very friendly, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was excellent, offering a lot of variety - and service was professional and attentive. Cleanness was outstanding. Location was quiet. The cafe’ at ground floor offered a nice interface.

I loved everything about it, the people where amazing, my father and I can't speak much Italian but had an hr long conversation with the owner about our family root, about why we where there, and how was tourism in italy. They were really accommodating, making a toasted sandwich for us at night even though the kitchen wasn't making proper food. The view from the room was amazing with the dolomites splendor, the room was super clean, the bathroom was impeccable with everything we needed.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to many nice attractions. The view from the room was incredible as well - directly to the Dolomites. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Also, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of everything. I would definitely book again.

Stuff was very nice and the view of the Dolomites from the room was phenomenal!

It would be nice to have a tea kettle in the room and a bit more amenities maybe

Excellent breakfast, lots of choice, hot and cold options. All staff in the hotel were excellent, proprietors Dario and Mario are friendly and extremely helpful

The only issue for some people may be the location, but in reality it is only a few minutes walk to pizza restaurants and not too far from the supermarket.

    10DorinPosted on: 2-18-2024

Nice and clean! Very comfortable beds.

During night sometimes the heating system turns off.

    7ElinaPosted on: 2-15-2024

Breakfast was great, was warm and had great views from the window to the mountains. Nice details of the doilies and the bathroom toilet paper holder were made with the traditional style. Shower pressure was good and great that it had a bidet too.

Room was a little basic. Staff talked next to no english so a little difficult to communicate.

    3JetskePosted on: 8-17-2023

    Really clean rooms. Friendly staff.

A lot of noise from the street and other people in the hotel. Interior looked quite old but was clean.

The level of comfort, cleanliness, and facilities was truly top-notch. Our room was well-appointed, and we couldn't get enough of the lovely balcony and its breathtaking view. It was the perfect spot to unwind after our thrilling days of adventure and nature tracking. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the remarkable service provided by the hotel's staff. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to ensure effective communication. With great care, they used maps to show and mark available routes, guiding us in every step of our journey. Their effort in explaining the best route that aligned with our expectations made our trip remarkably pleasant and stress-free.Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and memorable adventure in the area. Whether you're an avid nature enthusiast or simply looking for a peaceful retreat, this hotel's exceptional service and prime location will exceed your expectations.Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay unforgettable. We look forward to returning soon!

    Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were phenomenal and so helpful. they really make you feel welcome and go out of their way for you. I was spoilt for choice at breakfast time and didn’t even need to eat at lunch. They had a private mini bus that drops off and collect you from the ski resort. If I was to go back skiing in Falcade then I will 100% be returning to this hotel.

Nothing. it was perfect for our ski trip

It would have been convenient to have a restaurant.
