Hotel Monzoni - San Pellegrino

Overpriced, Under Staffed, food was terrrible and the room was very old and dusty.

Location, garage and ski room

Cold swimming pool, too much heating in the room, quality of the food worse than last year, room with outdated facilities and toilet

The price was outrageous! They charged us over $625. for one night. For what it was, it should have been a 1/3 that price.

The stuff was great, they arranged two rooms one near another and were very helpfull overall.Available parking was a good addition.

The food choice was very poor and overall the food was served fancy, but was not tasty at all.The buffet at breakfast and dinner was not replenished.The pool open hours are strange and short.

The food was really good. We ate there for 4 consecutive nights and it was good all the time

The staff were all very helpful with anything related to the hotel. However, they did not seem to very knowledgeable of the area for any recommendations. Not the end of the world, but could have come in handy.

Great breakfast and dinner. A lot of amenities in the room and in the bathroom. Underground garage (no snow or ice cleaning ?). Very friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to the ski slopes, for alpine skiing and for the cross-country skiing. Everything nice.

The personnel are awesome, helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient for skiers, a 5 minute walk to a chair lift is a perfect warmup.

Access to the wellness center 35 euro per person is too much. As a result it was empty... The fee should be lower at least beyond the high season.Dinner starts at 7.15, which is a bit too late for a HP. A 6pm would be perfect.

On the first day we weren’t told the passcode to enter the lobby. When we got back to the hotel at around 11pm the doors didn’t open, no one was there and no one picked up the phone. We spent the night in the lobby of the neighboring hotel that was open. They were dodging blame, and we were not compensated at all.There are additional charges to use the pool (robe, slippers AND a cap).

Location to the ski slopes.

The room is not properly heated despite cold weather. The blackout curtains were broken therefore allowing light in. Despite notifying the hotel in advance, the hotel did not acknowledge my wife’s dietary restrictions for mushroom allergy and no meat.

Overall, I enjoyed the stay. The staff was very helpful in checking in and throughout dinner / breakfast. The amount of food that they had on offer for both dinner and breakfast was overwhelming and wonderful, with a full spread of tasty pastries in the morning that I wish I had more stomach space to try.

The room had everything I needed, but felt a bit dated in the furniture and decor.

The young man who checked me in was wonderful. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. The dinner and breakfast buffets were superb and the chef came out to greet us

Manuel on the front desk is a hero. Amazing to stay there in summer in a basically empty hotel and a pool, great dinner and breakfast spread

Swimming pool very nice. Room was very spacious and clean, stuff was nice

Breakfast is nice. We took a halfboard stay and dinners were awfully bad.Hotel is quit old and crumpy. Bed matress and pillows not comfortable. No Air conditioning. No insect nets on windows so you need to choose between mosqitos or not-ventilated night.

Dinner and breakfast were pretty good

The pool was not heated and the sauna wasn’t running. Generally the hotel can use some makeover, somewhat old.

Staff was very nice and helpfull. Very good food and food choices for dinner. Hotel is located in between two ski slopes so you have to walk to the ski lift but nothing terrible. Underground parking is plus for me. Available spa and saunas are very good for relax.

The restaurant sitting area, feels like a sardine can with people sitting in your space and very unpleasant setting

Location and friendly staff … and very good meals
