Hotel San Giusto

SPA (which was one of the reason why we booked here as opossed to more affordable options in area) was not even working, because it "was not a season". They also never provide us with invoice

A great choice to spend time with a large company. A large hotel on the outskirts of the town, close to the ski slopes. The hotel offers delicious breakfast and hearty dinner. There are children's playrooms, a hall where animators perform in the evenings, so the hotel is suitable for relaxing with children of all ages. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. For them you need to pay extra and book in advance, because the number of people present at the same time is limited. There is enough parking space near the hotel. Sufficient comfort at an affordable price. I recommend it

Amazing, kind, smiling, helpful personnel. All staff including the service during dinner was kind, smiling, cheerful, caring - made our stay unforgettable. Dinner was delicious, breakfast great too. Everything well organised, food filled immediately, clean. We had the feeling that the staff loved their job and loved working in that hotel and they were happy to help with anything. We would definitely come back!

The bed could be more comfortable

Very good value for money, excellent location în Falcade (foot distance to the cross country ski slope and eis skating), very good kitchen - ? cooks, very nice, well prepared and efficient cleaning staff and waiters in the restaurant.

The very crowded restaurant - clients could be scheduled in two shifts and avoid so many people at the same time ( not very healthy either). The staff at the reception desk is not really well prepared to receive other than Italian speakers.

The room was clean and spacious! The bed was big and comfort! The location is very good, nearby there is a great pub, bakery and supermarket! The hotel has parking but a small one, but you find easily parking space at the road in front of the hotel! Compares to all other hotel in Dolomites (which have too high prices) it was great value for money, but We booked it last minute so I don’t t know if the price was different! Plus pet friendly!

The timetable! Dinner ends at 20:30, breakfast at 9:30 ( we went for breakfast at 9:15 and it has already finished), check out at 10:00, check in at 16:00!

Pleasant

Even though it is a pet friendly hotel, dogs are NOT allowed in the restaurant so you have to either leave your animal in the room or have your meal outside the facility.

The staff were very nice. The shuttle to the mountain was convenient and the location was perfect.

My wife wanted to work after skiing but the wifi in our room was non existent. To get any work done on the computer we had to go down to the lobby. Dinner was low budget cafeteria food. Bathroom designed in the 1970s with very tight tub/shower..

The room was narrow and tight. Food was average. In the inside pool area there should be notice that taking shower is mandatory before entering in the water.

Good position for skiing, good meals and clean rooms.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work well, didn’t arrived to the room.

Nature and mountains around

Breakfast same every day.Didn’t like that they had no room service . You have to pay extra 5€/per night per person for some club, doesn’t matter if you use their bus or spa facilities.This is totally unfair.

It's a fair hotel, nothing fancy but clean and well located. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good because it is at walking distance from both the centre (10 min walk) and the ski lift (15-20 min walk). In winter it also runs a free shuttle to the ski lift.

The downsides of the hotel are the restaurant, that looks more like a cheap factory canteen and the noisy and uninviting hall.It's a pity because, by simply improving these two aspects it would make the overall experience a lot better.

The breakfast was full of many options. The location was great for skiing.

Check in and Departure.

No curtain in the room (only a see through lace curtain).Shower head kept dropping so couldn't have a decent shower - had to hold it the whole time.Management did not stop loud kids running around the rooms and hallways until 22h30 at night when we were trying sleep. Barman was not supported by management with coin change for the pool table tokens. Then I was told it was 'not a hotel pool table' ?!

Friendly staff. Lots of content. Clean rooms. Perfect breakfast. Abundant dinners. New Year's Eve dinner in 8 courses. Live music every night. Close to ski resorts. Above expectations. Perfect vacation.
