Good honest hotel no evening meals but short walk to town where there is good pizza.Breakfast very good and the staff lovely

Very comfy bed , lunch breakfast and dinner all very good

We stayed for one night. Breakfast was nice, bathroom was spacious and clean. Nice and quite. Hotel has its own parking that is free for guests.10min walk to the city centre in nice nature.

No wi fi in the room.

Really bad customer service, they dont even read the information of the booking and their administration department its a complete mess , mixing different bookings and invoices.

Staff was nice, the location was quiet.

The mattress was truly uncomfortable, felt like it was 10 year old. The breakfast was poor with zero fruits or veggies.

We recently stayed at Hotel Terme di Castel San Pietro and overall had a good experience. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in late at night. We booked four rooms and while three of the rooms were great, one had a heavy smoking smell, which was unpleasant. We were too tired to request a change of room at the time, but it's possible that we could have avoided the issue if we had asked earlier. In general, we found the value for the money to be great.

The whole hotel has a bit of a run-down feel.Must have been a top hotel when new, but now needs a major renovation

The receptionist upon arrival was charming, helpful with restaurant arrangement.She whole heartedly admitted that I got their worst room.

Terrible room,Terrible breakfast room.Both were designed in the 1950s (my guess) and remained like this.

Very expensive hotel for the services provided!210€ the room/night is exorbitant for a very old hotel, very dirty carpets in the corridors, a not very clean elevator, a very noisy room because the walls are very thin, a very old bathroom with broken tiles and a shower wall with mould!The bar is almost non-existent....The breakfast is not great either with a mediocre orange juice and a limited choice.Frankly.......... at this price........I am very very disappointed!

The lobby and the reception were having an air of new decoration, but not the rooms . Castel San Pietro Terme was a worth visiting village.

A smell of closure was all over the room. Old room decoration and uncomfortable deds and pillows.

The room was clean, as well as the rest of the facility, the staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is nice and very calm. There are free parking spaces available in front of the facility.

Beds weren't the most comfortable, and the room window view wasn't necessarily the nicest. Rooms are a bit on the older side.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The receptionist is the sweetest person ever. She was incredibly professional and helpful.

The had heating at least in the room.

Its a tipical old hotel, with old lifts, old windows, old beds, old furnitures and the old type of services. This is the type hotel where you see the light bulbs are not changed in the lamp of night desk. Old yellow dirty handphone next the bed.Life is not vibrate here at all. Some 2 stars hotels in east are more developed.
