Pros +
- Superb food. Very accommodating staff. Privately owned hotel with owner personal involvement.
- Excellent location just outside the town center. Traditional alpine decor. Great breakfast. Outdoor heated pool with jets, plus indoor pool and spa areas. Wonderful staff on every level!
- Staff, view, breakfast...
Cons -
- A little noisy from the main road out front.
- Parking space shortage,
- I was unlucky with my stay over an easter break - the hotel was full of children. So, next time I'll make sure that the hotel is only for the adults.Parking lot next to the hotel is very tiny and inconvenient (especially when some idiots block your car), and there're no signs to find the other parking lot which is behind the hotel. Both swimming pools (indoor & outdoor) are also tiny and were super crowded with screaming children.

Parking space shortage,
Staff were friendly, breakfast was really great. Overall, it's ok for a short stay.

Very friendly staff and a great location, 5 walking minutes from the city center and 2 minutes to the bus stop.
I would expect a breakfast would be included in the room rate at this price.
A beautiful family run hotel. Everyone was so lovely and friendly. It felt very cosy.
Only the pillows. I think it is an Austrian thing the pillows were very soft. It happened at another hotel too but everything else was perfect.
Great hotel, lovely people working there, super facilities, beautiful room, super good food (both breakfast and dinner in halfboard + Apfelstrudel in the afternoon). Super dog-friendly. Very nice dog-walk possibilities right out of the hotel.
Relatively far away from skiing areas (30 mins by car to Gletscher, 10 mins by car to Schlick2000) - but all good manageable, just be aware you need to go by car/bus.
very kind staff, food was good both for breakfast and dinner. garden and pool beautiful
standard room is bit too small, the bathroom is definitively not nice: too small, uncomfortable and i didn't like the soap dispencer. the standard room I had was on the main street without a balcon. SPA is not nice at all, the sauna is very small and useless.
Everything. The room was fabulous. The location was great. The spa was fantastic and the food especially the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were exceptional.
A beautiful family owned and run hotel, very friendly/helpful/informative staff, very clean and well looked after property.Food excellent and a different menu everyday we were there (2 weeks). Cakes, Desserts & Soup available every afternoon between 3pm-5pm (unfortunately tea or coffee not included). The family also own & run the Innsbrucker Alpine Hutte at 2,369m up in the mountains at the foot of the Habicht mountain, they offer one night free stay here, accommodation is basic but it was a wonderful experience accompanied with excellent food & hospitality. I want to express my special thanks to Receptionists Viktoria & Andrea for their warmth, smiles, interaction & helpfulness. To Phillipe for his welcoming attitude, always grinning, easy to talk to and extremely interactive, thanks Phillipe also a mention to Thomas & Rade & the other waiting on staff for their warm friendliness & attentiveness & last but not least, the young lady who cleaned our room everyday and set-up the cups & saucers, thank you so much you're all a shining example and a great asset to the hotel who should be very proud to have you under their wings.
Sadly they don't provide any air-conditioning in the rooms and unable to provide plug-in fans, it was extremely warm at night in the room after having 2 weeks of glorious hot weather, we were able to leave the door to the balcony open to allow cool air in from the outside.Unfortunately, Tea & Coffee making facilities are not available in the rooms but we were able to borrow a kettle from reception and the room maid did a fabulous job of ensuring we had cups, saucers & teaspoons setup everyday in our room. Thank You. We had to buy own tea, coffee, milk & sugar.
Everything. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing food. Attention to detail and guests comfort. Individual approach.
Everything was perfect!
Excellent breakfast and good location. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Spa facilities were nice and enjoyed.
Pillows were quite lumpy and very flat.
The staff is amazingly friendly, the Hotel is super clean and the owners make sure everything runs smoothly
The comforting bed and the nice and cozy restaurant! Excellent Hospitality and amazing Service!
The atmosphere is the typical Tyrolese atmosphere, warm and quaint. It’s on the Main Street, 5 mins walking to the center and very close to the bus station and to all the sky facilities. The staff is warming, welcoming, very nice, smiling and always ready to help us!
Too many kids around :)
Very friendly staff - our children adored Andrea, she was the ‘sunshine’ our children said. We enjoyed the wellness facilities. It was very convenient that the ski bus is next to the property. It was great that we could buy the postcards and stamps and leave the cards at the reception. The children playroom was fantastic. And we very much enjoyed the food - a huge Thank You to the kitchen team, you did an amazing job, you are very creative, you make simple food beautiful and delicious!
Charging for table water.
Room and bathroom size was excellent. Had a terrace and the mountain view was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. Swimming pool was great also. Great location to Stubai Glatcher.
Pillow could be better, was too soft
Very beautiful hotel, with soft carpets, wooden furniture, very comfortable beds, nice balconies with a nice view. Staff were kind and helpful. Double-glazed windows, quiet place. Excellent position in the middle of Neustift. The hotel has also a sauna, although I did not use it.
The parking space is somewhat limited, although I did not have difficulties in finding a space.
The hotel is in a stunning location, full of character with brilliant staff, great facilities and is spotlessly clean. Our room was generous in size with a great view of the surrounding mountains and a balcony. Breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff and the family influence comes flooding through.
Nothing - it’s just superb !
Very comfortable, well-appointed hotel from which to explore the beautiful area. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed gourmet dinners, drinks on the terrace, and an excellent breakfast with local specialties.
Spa area, dinner, location, friendly staff
On the pictures it seems there are some fairly modern rooms and there are rooms with a more dated aesthetic. My room was a bit dated. i would’ve preferred a more modern room. Everything was super clean and tidy looking though, so it’s mostly nitpicking.
