Pros +
- Everything was wonderful — from the beautiful setting to the comfort and service. Special appreciation to the restaurant staff, especially Costas, whose kindness and attention made our stay truly unforgettable. We were also very grateful for the specially tailored menu prepared to accommodate our needs. A special thank you as well to the hotel leadership who stopped by our table during our stay to personally greet us — a thoughtful gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed.
- Super friendly, well trained staff; excellent spa facilities; wonderful dining experience. Although the hotel was fully booked, it did not feel crowded and the staff went above and beyond to give us an amazing stay.
- Spa is fantastic - very quiet during the day whilst other guests are out skiing
Cons -
- I always judge the overall experience by how the hotel handles your departure. On arrival everything is taken care off but on departure you are left on your own demise.
- Transport, must to pay for transport to slopes if can’t catch on 8,30/9,30/or 10.30
- Taking money for water in the room was excessive, it's a luxury hotel and it's just not appropriate. Small money - unpleasant feeling

My wife and I have travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. We can safely say this was our most favourite trip ever. The staff, the facilities, the location, the rooms. Everything was 5*.
There is nothing not to like. If I could be extremely picky I thought the monkfish was a little tough one evening and the burger was not the best I've had. But I'm really trying to find fault where I cannot! Perhaps the TV could be better but is that really why you go here? Also, there were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room, but again - that didn't bother us.
Exceptional spaWelcome drinksClean and spacious roomsDelicious free cakes from 2-5pmWaterbeds and lounge areas are always stocked with refreshments (apart from coffee which is not free)Restaurants nearby - Bottega is the best Easy to book transfer to Innsbruck - we booked 10 mins before leaving
No bath robes at breakfast but dogs allowedNudist only section for spa - mostly old menOutdoor jacuzzi was full in the eveningYou have to pay for coffee even the pods in roomStaff could have given more information about activities - tobogganing requires own helmet and ski gearLack of tour and general information about hotel such as being able to order breakfast rather than just the buffetSensor in the whirlpool is underneath sign and hard to spot
We got excellent attention though the wait in the restaurant was way to long due to high activity, but overall great food and service!
Spa ia very special here, But we already knew this. Thats Why we came.
Quite expensiveFood wasnt very good. Also dinner and also breakfast , just normal, we been here before covid and breakfast was better. Dinner and a la carte menu i didnt like. It wasnt here sometjing bad, But also not anything i like.
Spa facilities Service at dinner and at the barAntiques as decor
Would have liked to be able to control heat in room - couldn’t find controls
The restaurants, the spa, the hotel staff, the room. All of it!
Everything - this hotel is amazing. We loved it so much. First time here but will definitely be back. Loved the free travel card as well giving you free access up the numerous cable cars and local transport in the region. Our room was gorgeous and really big. Food amazing and the staff are great. Finally, the spa - perfection.
Minor minor point, didn't realise the coffee pods counted as part of the mini bar bill. Not experienced that before but like i say, it's so minor. Loved the hotel.
The hotel is amazing. Everything is thought out in detail. Staff are friendly. The SPA is huge and you will not want to leave it. The heated pool allows you to swim outside and then you find yourself in heated water, surrounded by snow. It's amazing. Breakfast is plentiful, fresh and of good quality. The views from the rooms are amazing. Plenty of parking space if you rent a car, and valets help you park it. Welcome drink offered upon arrival.Bottled water given upon check-out.
1) Some staff try to enter the room even though you have a "Do not disturb" card on your door. It happened twice. It doesn't help that there is no way to lock the door from the inside. Anyone with a master key can access your room while you're inside. 2) The restaurant/ bar tickets are not brought to you for signing immediately after you order, but rather wait for you at breakfast on the next day. It would be easier to correct charging mistakes if they were printed immediately after the order. We got a lot of wrongly charged 8 euro "Room service" charges that we had to correct with the Reception.3) The Nespresso machine in the room is not free. A capsule costs around 3 euros. This was not communicated clearly to us. We thought it's part of the amenities. A person in a 5-star hotel paying 560 euros per night would expect the capsules to be offered for free, especially when you can have all you can drink coffee at the SPA for free. How will you control if guests take capsules from the SPA for free to use in the room? These 3 points above are the only reason I give a 9 and not a 10.
True luxury but non protentious hotel
Bit short of towels and coffee and lack of tea facility in the apartment
Cozy winter dream! Staff weee all outstanding and this chateaux was unique and beautiful. Shuttle to skiing and service spectacular! Loved every moment.
Leaving
The staff are incredibly friendly and one of the best service I’ve experienced in any hotel. They ordered a Halal meat specifically for us, which is beyond what other hotels would do. It was our second stay and was thoroughly enjoyable.
Hospitality was the strong point! Furthermore, the attention to detail captivates any guest. The restaurant, bar and incredible pool compete with the incredible landscape outside the hotel.
to leave....
great food, a wonderful wine collection, lovely and very professional staff. Owners were very friendly and took the time to personnally welcome guests. They asked us if everything was ok after a few days -lovely location for people who wish to ski, walk or just chill - An amazing place, we could not fault it in any way - it was perfect
We loved everything - so answer is nothing !
Staff are always happy to help, smiling and well skilled. The outside pool is heated and great, same goes with jacuzzi. The food is also tasty and the buffet that often accompanies the a’la carte menu is of outstanding quality and diversity (e.g oysters). The sauna area is large and provide for multiple relaxation lounges etc. The hotel provides daily tranportation to / from the glacier which is a nice feature when you choose to ski (november - may).It is overall an outstanding property at the ultra-lux level which comes at a relatively high price tag but it is definately worth it!
Everything was at a top level.
