Good breakfast selection. The facilities are good but a bit dated.

The service level unfortunately didn’t meet typical hotel standards. For example, when we requested an extra pillow around 9:30 PM, we were told that staff couldn’t access the room with extra pillows because the person with the key had already left for the day.On another occasion we asked for a fan for the room (it was a hot weekend, and the rooms do not have AC). After some confusion, partly due to a language barrier, we were informed that no fans were available.While the staff were polite, these situations highlighted some limitations in service and communication that impacted our experience.Overall, the stay was disappointing given the price point of this accommodation.

Food was amazing. Room was a very nice size. The staff was really great.

The shuttle bus driver bringing us home in the afternoon was often a bit scary with his driving.

We loved this hotel, we spent 3 nights here in December. The staff was friendly and helpful, it is a beautiful hotel with an authentic style and all the facilities are excellent. Our room was large, and the balcony had a wonderful view of the valley. We enjoyed all our meals here, a large breakfast buffet, a nice lunch buffet and a superb multi- course dinner. The pool and spa area was very large, we enjoyed afternoons in the sauna, and it was never crowded. I picked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy some hiking while also being close to Innsbruck, and this location was perfect for that. We walked just a short ways to a beautiful hiking trail up the mountain, and Innsbruck center was just a 30 minute drive away. I would love to return to this hotel and stay longer next time.

Beautiful hotel with amazing breakfast and sauna and spa. Great free shuttle to and from the glacier.

Large room, plenty of space. Breakfast, lunch, cake time and dinner was super, great variety of food. Bus station and spar nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. E-bike rent from reception is recommended.

Room big, but a bit old-fashoned. A lot of flies in restaurant.

This is a perfect place for a ski or hiking vacation. Cozy hotel, comfortable spacious rooms, a great spa, and a great restaurant and bar. They have everything you need and even more. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and we felt like home.

I had an asthma attack almost every day on bed, I’m not sure if it was the pillows or the mattress but something wasn’t clean and that’s why I won’t book it again. Immediately after I left I meet had an attack again so it must’ve been the bed unfortunately

The food is very good. The room is spacious.

Not all waitresses keep on being nice and/or smile. Some are too strict.In the last night, when we needed to leave before the day shift arrives, they claim the elevator won't work (our room on 4th floor) and we need either to get down the luggage before we go to sleep, or do it down the 4 stories by stairs. Reluctantly, we chose the first option.

The hotel and views are to dream for. We stayed so many times over the year in Stubai. I strongly recommend the hotel to everyone. The summing pool is very good for all adults and children's. Rooms are very clean and spotless. The food is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely we going to return to this place soon. Thank you very much for having us.

The SPA smelt of chlorine so badly that it was impossible to use. Half the saunas didn’t work. All notices in the hotel (including morning newsletter) are in German. Apart from notice that the guests should not steal their bathrobes. That was in English. Limited outdoor space. Rooms are basic.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room (suite) was excellent, with plenty of space and storage. The food was very good indeed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, and the Stubai Super card was a real bonus.

It was a shame that we were charged for a carafe of tap water each time we asked for one (at supper, and to take up to bed), and that hot and cold drinks were not available from the dispensing machines throughout the whole of the day (there were no cold drinks available from the machine at lunch, you were required to buy a cold drink at the bar if you wanted one). There were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room.

Having to sit at the same dining table throughout our stay. Evening meals were distinctly average qualityOur “deluxe” room was very dated and didn’t feel at all like a 4 star hotel - shabby furniture, very poor bedside lights so reading was impossible. Poorly located power sockets. Having to pay for tap water with our evening meal etwas both surprising and disappointing.

Place is really nice with good facilities. Food was at the higher end to what other 4 star hotels offer. Wellness area is not huge but has pretty much everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the hotel

Room temperature was a bit chilly and no way to regulate, duvets were made of cheap polyester and not breathable hence not nice for a comfortable sleep. Hotel can have a bit more for kids, one tiny room with some old games is not much appealing.

Nice room with balcony and view! Shuttle to Stubaigletcher was great. The spa was also super nice as well as breakfast.

The quality of the food at dinner was average. Other than that it was a great stay!
