Very quaint hotel perfect for skiing in the area.

Dinner was expensive and sometimes delicious and others not.

Beautiful property conveniently located to skiing, cross country skiing, sledding and skating. Staff was exceptional and attentive. Very nice breakfast with wide selection and dinners. Nice sauna and relaxation area. I hope we can come back again.

Comfortable room, nice view, close to hiking trails and excellent service in the restaurant (thanks Zoltan and team). Spa was pleasant and we loved the swimming pool.

Really miss not having coffee in the room or wine glasses (but they will provide glasses if you ask :).

Excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly. We had half-board. For breakfast lot of choices, dinner 5 courses and delicious. Good choice of wine. You receive also Stubai Super Card which allows you to visit lot of places for free and use also cable cabins for free. To glacier and other places for hiking.

It’s a nice place with friendly stuff, casual atmosphere and beautiful views. Our kids enjoyed the pool, table tennis and the playroom with PS4

However, the place lacks a number of things to call it great. Both breakfast and dinner could be improved. The spa area is okayish although it lacks something special. Plus there’s little things like the fact that you have to walk down the stairs to get to the ski room. Last year we stayed at a different hotel near by and it was fantastic while the prices are similar.

Bergcristall is always best option for us in this area, wellness, comfort, service, very good food! Keep up good job, Thank you.

The food is just amazing. Wonderful wellness area (3 Saunas) very nice staff and so helpful with hiking recommendations. all is very very clean.

everything was perfect, staff, food, location and room. we will come back for sure.

Lovely staff, comfy beds, good pillow menu (which is often not the case in Austria), good food and wellness.

Charging for tap water

Everything was great. Very nice wellness area, well-equipped. Very friendly staff, good food. I really enjoyed speaking with one of the staff members in Hungarian. It was a pleasure, Zoltan was so kind and lovely. I strongly recommend this hotel.

There was a bridge 3,5 EUR bridge usage fee back and forth on the highway (to Innsbruck and back). It is not the hotel's fault, of course, however, everybody has to calculate the amount.

Great hotel location and very helpful and pleasant staff. The quality of food was astonishing. All we needed for short break.

Lovely hotel, great communication with the staff. The breakfast was lovely, there is an afternoon snack and amazing dinner. There is a sauna with a relaxation room, pool, gym- what more do you need. The room was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless. We stayed over Christmas and there was a Christmas menu. The mood was amazing. We came back from skiing to find a little present in our room with biscuits on the table and the table was covered with a Christmas tablecloth. Lovely touch. There is a room for the ski equipment. We bought our ski passes from the reception and rent our ski equipment from a place close to the hotel at a very good price. Overall our stay was amazing.

Some of the meals especially the soups were quite salty for all of us. If it wasn’t the salt they were amazing.
