Pros +
- The Alpeiner Nature Resort Tirol is truly an exceptional hotel that combines authentic Tyrolean culture with modern luxury. From the moment you arrive, you feel as though you’ve stepped into a fairytale. The staff welcome you warmly, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring, while still giving you the freedom to enjoy your stay at your own pace. The hotel is immaculate, with every detail carefully maintained. Service is simply outstanding – attentive yet discreet. What impressed me most was the attention to sleep quality: guests can choose mattresses with different firmness levels and request special pillows, including orthopedic ones for neck support. This is the first hotel I’ve encountered that truly prioritizes healthy, restorative sleep. The spa is wonderful – a spotless pool, diverse saunas, and a blissful jacuzzi create the perfect place to relax and recharge.Breakfast is a lavish buffet with endless options to suit every taste. At lunchtime, while not a full meal service, guests can enjoy delicious soups, salads, and cakes. Dinner is a highlight: each morning you select from a changing menu, and in the evening the chef prepares your chosen starter, main course, and dessert to perfection. There’s also an evening buffet for those who prefer variety. The hotel offers a great gym with classes and easy ski/snowboard facilities.Rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need. The views are stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful and serene – perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. What makes this hotel truly unique is the way it celebrates Tyrolean culture. The traditions are alive in every corner, and guests respect and embrace this spirit. The atmosphere is vibrant yet tranquil, creating a rare balance between liveliness and serenity. This is a hotel of another level – a place where culture, comfort, and hospitality come together seamlessly. I will definitely return again and again

This is an excellent hotel. Family friendly and luxurious without being pretentious. All the staff are superb. From the moment we arrived until the time we left the staff were amazingly kind and generous to my family. Stunningly picturesque setting. We will return.
Everything especially breakfast, wellness, hotel facilities and staff.
Everything was perfect.
Best hotel in the area; the pool, the gym, the restaurant and the wine list !
The hotel staff, restaurant, and the room size of the Luxury suite

All was great good food, helpfull staff amazing welness
Room was clean with a great view where paragliders land. Breakfast was phenomenal. The sauna/pool complex were top notch- two hot tubs that were actually warm enough (unlike so many these days). Space for families (including textile sauna) and adults separate so everyone can enjoy themselves.
Offered Stubai Pass. Quiet off main roadHosts are fully invested to guest comfort The valley is spectacular
We loved our suite. The location is superb and the kids enjoyed the pool and kid area downstairs too.
The service in the restaurant could be more efficient at dinner & the food choices more diverse.
Very comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful
Perfect place - good location, high standard, nice people, tasty food, everything as expected. Will definitely return.
No points to complain.
Service
Beds and too warm and dry air inside
Great room with spectacular view. Great facilities Great breakfast and dinner.
The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the location was very quiet, central and scenic. The staff went beyond any and every expectation we had. It is the best hotel experience we have ever had in every way.
The only thing we found unusual ( for a Canadian) was being charged for tap water at meals, unless you bought a full bottle of wine. It did not seem to fit with everything else.
Amazing hotel, fantastic facilities, stuff was very attentive, nothing was the problem. The most beautiful views, breakfast is one of the best I ever had in the hotel. The swimming pool is open until 10pm, which was great for us, as we like to have swim after dinner, most of the times at this time we had swimming pool to ourselves, during a day we never had problem with finding loungers as some reviewers experienced. Our rooms were very well cleaned on daily basis. Amazing stay, I hope for more next year
Nothing, everything was great
wellness, food, ski shuttle service, late check out possibility, services provided by hotel were excellent, we loved our stay
just a small issue with main light in the room, we have found it to be very dark in the room even when all the lights were on.
The staff could not do enough for us. The breakfast was incredible along with the evening meal. The view from the room was amazing and the spa was perfect.
the meaty dishes, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms where nicely heated, amazing hot tun outside, sauna area was superb, beds were comfortable, everything was clean
