Pros +
- The most friendly family staff ever encountered in a hotel. They went above and beyond my expectations.
- Breakfast excellent. The owners/staff were outstanding. It was the best place we stayed at on our month long trip. It is convenient to Innsbruck either by car or bus. ~20 min ride. The panorama views of the mountains are a nice touch. There is a small refrigerator kitchen that can be used. And they can do some laundry if you need. AND they like dogs! A bus stand is outside, a post office is across the street, a big grocery store is 100 feet down the street. Parking right outside. The restaurant for breakfast and evening dinner were excellent. And in the evening or morning one can leisurely walk around the town. It was a nice, relaxing stay. I am sorry I only stayed 2 nights! I can strongly recommend this hotel for those who like to visit Innsbruck and do not want the hassle of parking/hotel in Innsbruck. Some may want to stay in Innsbruck, but we prefer staying a little out of town when we have a car. And visiting Innsbruck is only 20 min away.
- Great hotel, ski school, ski rental, free parking, perfect stay!
Cons -
- The first room was too hot so we were moved to another room. It was no trouble to them at all.
- Nothing!

Pillows too soft
Lovely hotel, nice views, great staff
Off the beaten track with very little to do out of season
The people there were the best I have seen in all my traveling. The hospitality is unmatched. They make you feel like family. The food was delicious. The ski rental price was very good.
Pillows too soft, but that is just personal prefference. Others might like them.
The hotel exceeded expectations and the exceptional welcome by Hannes & Monuela, trying to help us even with luggage and smooth check-in procedures with a constant smile. The breakfast was five stars and they prepare what you want according to what you want. In general, the hotel deserves to be commended for its cleanliness, elegance, new furniture, and the view is beyond description. I highly recommend trying this hotel
The Semmelknödel plus Spinatknödel for dinner was amazing -- I had it two days in a row. Der Herr is an experienced ski tourer and could point us to ideal safe tours even in a time of high avalanche danger -- this was invaluable. The sauna was a great joy after tough sport days. We enjoyed ourselves so much, and are happy to have found this jewel in the "El Dorado" of ski touring! Family Kleißl also upgraded our room to include a kitchen, which was wonderful on the evening the restaurant was closed. We happily "stayed in" after our tour.
The hotel lives up to expectation, we had a superior room which met our expectations
The reception staff was initially not so accommodating and quite cold, but warmed up as the day went along. A shame, because it is the reason why I shall not return there.
