There are 2 tables with interactive games where children spend their time while animation room was closed. As for me, it is better to play in social games or with other children than look at the screen.
Beautiful location with nice elevation (above 1100 m). Good facilities for children like playgrounds, swimming pool, board games, and entertainment program for each day. There were 4 meals served pet day including free drinks like juice, coffee, and tee. It was delicious and diverse. As it’s kids friendly we weren’t embarrassed by the mess we left after eating.
It was a bit overcrowded the first day and it looked like some of the facilities are too small when the hotel is at it’s full capacity. The room was like not renovated from quite some time. Same for the swimming pool. The wifi worked only in the restaurant and the fitness, but not in our room.

The food wasn´t as good as promoted, poor quality and presentation. The extra sofa-beds are quite hard to sleep on. There´s decoration missing in the rooms for a warm feeling

the food was very basic - canteen like. food for kids was the same as for adults and was not very nice for adults and not kids friendly for kids. you could see that leftover dinner was served as lunch - slightly re-done.water was cold (In the shower and pool- way to cold to swim with a toddler). daycare was closed on Saturday (!!)
