Hotel Jenbacherhof B&B

The hotel layout, the artwork, the views of the mountains, and the pool on the top floor were all fantastic, along with the breakfast served every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a vacation!

Considering we were here on business, I might consider a different room or hotel with more climate control, as adjusting to different climates around the world can drain my concentration. Just something more for me to consider in the future.

My bed had super-ultra quality mattress. I have never seen such a good mattress in a hotel. That is absolutely outstanding. The room itself was kinda "retro" with old facilities. Bathroom should be definitely rebuild. Let's say bed was from 6* hotel and bathroom was from 3* hotel. Sauna was "okay-ishhh"

Room was rather expensive. Badroom facilities were old and low end.

Breakfast is very good and the staff are very kind and so fantastic cooperation

The town of Jenbach is not really nice even though it’s a junction to wonderful places as Zillertal and Achensee. The hotel is basically the only one in town. It is about 15 minutes walk from the train station.

the room under the pool, 213 i think, was extremely hot during the night, since there is no A/C. it is facing west and you get all the sun in the afternoon. the river nearby is noisy, therefore it's a bit annoying to sleep with the window opened.

Clean and comfortable hotel about a 10 minute walk from the railway station and close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast including hot items. Friendly staff. Lift to all floors. Wifi and safe in all rooms. Plenty of storage. Wonderful views of the surrounding mountains

If you are lucky enough to stay in warm weather be aware that there is no air-conditioning

spotlessly clean and very roomy. Centrally located to Achensee, Stans and Innsbruck.

The property was clean and comfortable, the room was large, the staff were so helpful. The pool was so refreshing and clean. The value was truly unbeatable. Breakfast was wonderful too. They had vegan savory spreads for the bread which really made my day.

If I had to say anything… I think the red carpet is a bold choice. I was good with it though!

Nice location for relaxing a few days while exploring the local area. It was only a short walk to catch the bus or train since I didn’t have a car. I felt the superior room was worth the extra cost as it was large and comfortable with sofa and chair and plenty of room to store my belongings. Bright overhead lights made it easy to read. Breakfast and coffee were nice. The pool area was clean and inviting but I prefer warmer water so I only used it once.

A mini fridge in the room would have made my stay perfect.

The mattress was a little soft

Excellent value with swimming pool and sauna included in the price. Excellent breakfast selection, friendly staff and free motorbike parking in front of the entrance.

Two single mattresses together instead of one king size. Location is good for the overnight stay but there's nothing interesting in the walking distance for sightseeing.

The location was good, a short taxi ride from the railway station. The room was good, breakfast was plentiful and nice and fresh. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. Our room was very clean, spacious and had a little balcony.

No jug for boiling water to make tea or coffee. The shower hose needed to be replaced as it leaked badly and very little came out the shower head.

Nice location which allows to go to the mountains and lake Achensee. Room size and facilities great incl. room for skis, bikes. Located within a village with some infrastructure e.g. restaurants.

For breakfast, I personally would have loved an earlier time e.g. from 6:30 onwards and a greater choice of local cheese and e.g. smoked Tirolian meat.

There's no fridge in the room, bed could be more comfortable.

Very good location, the view was nice. Swimming pool was nice. After a long trip, it was really relaxing. It is really closed to Achensee and we really like the place.

We did not have shampoo on the room. There were not so much parking spot.

Pool/facilities at hotel

No wifi in room 207 - reported it - had to go to stairs to the pool to get it.The hotel being CLOSED from 12 - 3 , so if you arrive by train with bags you are stuck. It really should tell you this as part of the check in email

Picturesque hotel with a good sized room and balcony. There is an indoor spa pool and sauna/steam room although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We caught the train to Salzburg for the day which took 1 1/2 hrs from Jenbach station which is a 10 minute walk down hill from the hotel on the way down, but uphill on the way back, you could also go to Innsbruck in the opposite direction. Lake Achensee is a beautiful lake with swimming and water sports a short drive away and think you could get a bus from Jenbach.

Jenbach itself although very pretty with the chalet type buildings was like a ghost town, not many cafes and restaurants or even people for that matter. As we were only there a few nights and we were out and about it didn’t bother us too much!
