It's great value: Calm atmosphere. The woody scent of the room. Spa was never crowded. Fine food at dinner. The free shuttle to an from the train station. Remote location high above the village adds to retreat feeling.

Not the hotel's fault: Few hiking options around the hotel. None into the forest next door.Bikes can be rented only for full days, but not for half days or for hours.

Everything. From the very start you are taken aback by the beautiful views surrounding the area and the drive to the hotel from Salzburg. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The facilities in the hotel are also incredible! From the room itself, to the common areas, spa, restaurant and outdoors. Markus and Claudia together with their staff and family have done an incredible job to look after every little detail during your stay. Another highlight was the staff itself, everyone made us feel welcome and knew who we were throughout the week. The food was superb, every night a different menu and quality always high. Breakfast and afternoon snack were also a highlight. The location is also perfect for other day trips around the area. Overall, this hotel was the highlight of our trip and we hope to come back!

Hotel is in a great location, truly ski in and out with minimal distance to the lifts. Great food with a good choice of options, I would recommend the Half Board option when booking.

The Hotel fully met our expectations, could not find anything that I did not like.

Can be warm in hotel rooms in afternoon , as hotel doesn’t have airco , 41 Euros per dog / per day ( we have 2 very small dogs ) is way out

The staff are exceptional! Everyone is incredibly kind and forthcoming.There is plenty to do on site, with many activities offered by the fitness and wellness staff as well as in the surrounding nature of course.Excellent vegan food menu - we never went hungry and there were things to choose from!

It's outrageous that you charge 3.5€ for TAP WATER, you can not do this!

The location was perfect, a proper mountain experience. Spa facilities were great and staff were very welcoming. Activities that were supplied from the hotel were great and the option the rent bike equipment was wonderful.

The dinner menu became a little samey after the 2nd night, would have liked a little more variety. The food on its own was well cooked and tasted nice but didn't always complement each other. The beds were a little small and there was a terrible selection of pillows

The outside pool was too cold

Delicious breakfast with a variety of foods. Dinner was great and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and pool area. The location was so beautiful and so relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was excellent - especially bread and other food. Food was natural. Wine c\list very rich. Breakfast set up was very good. Enough space, not crowded. Food for dinner was very good, but not on the level of promise (chef...) and positioning of the hotel.

Personnel was very slow, it took a lot time they brought what was ordered and with mistakes. They were very friendly and constantly apologizing for mistakes. Word sorry was part "of standard vocabulary", as thank you, welcome...
