Close to the hills, only a 9 minute walk. Vaya provides free ski lockers right at the ski hill which is super convenient. They also provide bathrobes and slippers for the spa.

Super expensive for what you get. It was advertised as a two bedroom apartment or a 3 room apartment but it was actually Two apartments that were attached. The kitchenette was very poorly stocked- the dishwasher and kettle were damaged and hardly worked. And we were told that the restaurant was fully booked for our entire stay but it looked half full every time we walked by. Apparently self contained apartments get last spots for booking breakfast and dinner reservations. On Booking.com it says parking on site but you have the choice to pay for either garage $16/day euros or outside parking $8/day euros and there is no assigned parking. Overall, our stay was nice but certainly not worth the price we paid.

Everything was perfect, very good breakfast and dinner with a lot of options.Suite was very comfortable and available parking near the building.Kind and friendly staff.

Dinner not buffet days had not tasty vegetarian meals.Dinner buffet only 3 times a week.

Good food selection, breakfast and dinner, especially the Asian buffet.

Bar area could be improved, make it a bit more like a bar and less like an extension of the eating area, live music maybe?

The food was great, good quality and different variations to choose from. All staff we met was pleasant and helpful. We felt very relaxed, enjoyed the pool and sauna after day of skiing. Lovely views from the room.

the chalet and all lounges, spa etc were very clean and beautifully decorated

just felt unwelcome and an inconvenience. given awful advice on anything we asked. not allowed to book any meals at the restaurant despite it saying on booking.com that you could. spent an awful lot of money on a new years family holiday and just thought we’d feel more part of the hotel

Everything about the stay was great. Top notch service, the staff was awesome and very friendly. The room was better than I imagined, and we had a great view to the mountains. The sauna area was clean and had many different saunas to choose from. The food was amazing, I didn’t think we would get the quality we received for having half board, but it definitely surprised us. Overall great stay and would definitely come back again.

The sauna area only opens after 16:00, it would be great if they were available to use all day when hanging out in the hotel having a lazy day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very pretty, food is good and nicely presented for mass catering, good choice. They made a huge effort to make new year special which was really nice

The spa is overrun with children and very noisy. Need an adult only window from say 7-9pm. There aren’t enough reception staff so there is always a queue. There is no availability of food outside of breakfast and dinner - afternoon tea would be good as it’s not very near any restaurants or shops.

Location is good walking distance for those who ski, moreover everything is good, pool and all. This is our first time to be here and we love it.

Just little more choice for kids food like simple pasta, cuts of vegetables

The property is very nice and modern with all needed facilities for a stay! The outdoor heated pool was definitely a big plus!Breakfast was very rich and with a lot of choice.

The room was a bit noisy since was on the upper ground floor with view on the parking and very small and the mattress was not so comfortable. A bit pricey for what we got in my opinion.

Perfect stay! Very recommended. The staff was great, breakfast buffet and dinner was varied and very tasty, the rooms are big and cosy and the design in general is very warm and welcoming. Wellness area is also great. We loved being in this hotel and I wich we could stay more.

Beautiful suite, the food was tasty and the service was wonderful. We felt very welcome and the staff were so attentive. The surroundings are also beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at Vaya. We enjoyed the facilities in the resort (pool, sauna etc.). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Improvement potential: As we are vegetarians, the dinner menu was found a bit lacking for vegetarian dishes.

We booked both days with breakfast and both days they were very surprised that we had breakfast because it was not in their papers, and I had to show my booking then and there to confirm we booked with a breakfast… first day we got a table inside however on the second they told to wait or go and sit outside on a wet table in the shadow. And inside it was surly more the 50 seats available. But according to the breakfast guy those seat were not to be used by us. No explanation why…On checking out they charge us again for the whole stay.Thankfully the Booking.com customer service has already refunded us?

The bed mattress definitely needs to be changed. No air conditioning during hot days. it will get too hot inside the room

Very beautiful interior with a focus on every detail! Food was very delicious and Inge who was part of the F&B team provided a great service!

Standard room (408) is situated in grandfloor right by the parking lot and next to entrance door which is noisy. Staff never clean/change a glasses and cups in the room

the parking fee of 8 euros per night seems inappropriate to me in such a hotel. the hotel is not the cheapest and parking should be a matter of course for hotel guests. Furthermore, half board did not even include water for dinner, which again should have been included (at least water).
