The hotel was great! Amazing friendly staff, good bar, restaurant, breakfast, gym. I unfortunately didn't use the pool and sauna, but it looked great. Free parking and charging stations for e-cars.It was off season, but saw they were ready to accomodate ski equipment per room.

My only petty complaint - I didn't like the pillow, and it was hard to cool the room (no a/c).

Modern, very clean, exceptional staff fluent in German & English. I was there for a race, so the location was perfect. Loved it!!

A great place. We rented a family suite, which is really a 2 bedroom with bunk beds for the children. Very good breakfast with a good selection of everything (be sure to come early though). The coolest was the pool and kids zone inside the facility. Kids went to the latter alone and we could have some peace))

The position right on the slopes and right next to 2 gondola’s could not be any better. Amazing view of the slopes from the restaurant and my room. The wellness area is lovely, and really great that it is open until quite late in the evening.

My room was far too hot. I turned the heating down as low as it would go, but I still had to open the door to the balcony during the night. Perhaps this was because my room was above the wellness area.

Breakfast was pretty good.Friendly staff, clean hotel and room.

they seling 60 m room and you will revcive 32 m room and when i asking for change room they are fully booked and nothing and no discount on price becuse you recive50% of you room no phone on the room for order no food delivery on room and so many bad think they charge you 5 star hotel you recive 2 star service no ev charge for car and so many wrong information

Our friends, location, apres ski

We were really surprised by level of the hotel, the location is amazing, right at the base of the piste. Food was tasty, plenty choise of the food at breakfast. The dinner is served, soup and salad buffet and the main course is served. You can choose from 3 types of menu, 1 of them with meat, 1 of them with fish and the last one was vegetarian. There was a kinder menu as well. In front of the hotel there is a parking with a lot of space. The hotel has bar on piste side and apre-ski bar. All the staff was nice, bartenders, receptionist and housekeeping as well. Everywhere it was really clean; rooms, restaurant, pool... Definitely I can recommend this hotel.

maybe the bathroom could be renovated, but although it is a little bit older equipment, it is still clean enough.

Lounge/seating area was too cold to sit in. No wifi in bedroom and TV signal poor - some programmes kept cutting out.

The hotel is in need of some refurbishment. The main courses in the evening even well conceived with meat, fish and vegan, not very tasty...

except the pillows all was good
