The Picture showed bunkbed on the booking but was given a different room. Whatever the reason ( only open for four people), I never experienced this in states.

Everything*. The hotel is in an great location, just outside a village with great views. The hotel itself has recently been redecorated/designed through out and it's got a real homely feel - modern/contemporary/spacious/welcoming.

Wifi - was weak/sporadic.

The property was exceptional! Having the mountains & farm animals so close made us so calm & happy. The suggestion for Alina restaurant was incredible. We didn't have a reservation, but they seated us immediately. The food was phenomenal. Thank you!

Cozy and clean. Patio was beautiful and the location was tucked into the farms outside of town for a quiet getaway. The hills surrounding were stunning and easy to get into for hiking. There were bike rentals and a sauna at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect stay for an outdoorsman. Very English friendly!

If you are arriving from the trainstation it is a 30 minute walk. Taxi is recommended.

Cozy room with Scandinavian style decor. Lovely aromatherapy toiletries in the bathroom. Good breakfast and breakfast room.

The lighting in the room was inadequate. A reading light is needed. It was lovely to be on a farm but if you are a light sleeper being ear plugs, as the farm animals are noisy in the night.

Cycling themed hotel, great staff, clean and nice breakfast

It was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Parking was easy and right across the street. The staff were all amazing and kind. The breakfast was delicious.

It was situated on a curve where cars fly by so you have to watch out when crossing the street. It felt a little disconnected from downtown until we found the path that runs behind the chalet and soccer field which made the walk into town very pleasant. They are also building a sidewalk on the street which will make a world of difference when complete.

Great location, perfect for a stop along the way to our ski holiday. Rooms were basic but comfortable and well organized.

Everything is new or renovated. Perfect for ski or cycling or trail walking. Spacious. Wonderful air.

No kettle in the room.

What a lovely little hotel. Full of character and warm decorations. The breakfast was also the best hotel breakfast we had on our trip with lots of options and good food. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

One small problem was we booked a room which included breakfast, however, when my wife checked out, she was charged again for breakfast, She didn't know it was included and paid for it again.

If you're traveling via your feet and public transportation, the location of the hotel is rather far away from facilities. For one thing, it's on the other side of the river from the train station and a fairly long walk away.

Beautiful, clean and well designed accommodation on the edge of town. It's a great place to relax with beautiful views, but also very well connected to all the activities in the nearby nature. Made with a focus on cycling, but welcoming to all. Very warm staff. Don't forget to go for a dip in nearby Frauensee- only 1km straight up. I definitely want to come back!

Everything! This place was so surprising and I can't explain how much it exceeded our expectations. It's very clean and cosy, it's obvious that it's managed with a lot of love and care as a family business. We'll definitely be back!

The toilet in the room was separate from the bathroom and didn't have a sink. No minibar in the rooms. Breakfast is charged separately and we didn't find information about it easily.

We didn’t see anyone when we checked in and checked out. I wasn’t aware of the payment of the stay needs to happen during our stay. I thought booking has deducted it from my credit card. So we left without paying (really not intentional, no one reminded us as we didn’t see anyone), until the house owner messaged me after we left said we didn’t pay. And I had to wire the money to the bank account. Maybe this process can be improved, so we can avoid this situation.

apartment was big, comfortable bed, nice lighting, 2 large windows, a lot of daylight, good breakfast (including gluten free options), amazing shower.

Great location, very nice rooms, really decorated with thoughtfulness. They had a fridge with Fritz soda, at a reasonable price. Everything worked in the room.

There is a playground for kids right outside meaning there is screaming from 7am and until 23 pm. Meaning you get up early.

Love guesthouse high in the mountains just across the Austrian border. Spacious room with wide bed; good wifi and handy power points.
