    • Bad Hindelang
    • such a beautiful facility in a gorgeous location. couldn't ask for anything better. great breakfast too start your day and a wonderful spa for the end after your adventures.
    • I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. All the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean and the view was amazing with mountains all around. I didn’t realize when I booked that my room had separate sitting area with a small table for eating and a kitchen. I didn’t stay long enough to utilize the kitchen and with so many great restaurants in the area, I’m not sure if I would’ve used the kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

    Cons -

    • The room, decor and furniture have not been changed since the hotel opened. Inappropriate for the current times and the rest of the hotel which is great.
    • The room furniture and decor was a little outdated.
    • The service was horrible. Bar looked open and we sat waiting for service, staff ignored us. We had to ask someone who told us it was closed and only outside was serviced. Poor customer service. On checkout an extra €21 was charged for tourist taxes even though Booking.com clearly stated all taxes and fees were included. Just aweful. Room smelled disgusting, spider webs over all, broken cracked sink. The size of the space was the only plus point.

Very large property. Spacious rooms, nice sauna area, friendly staff.

The room furniture and decor was a little outdated.

The location and extra activities card was great! We loved we could walk along a nature path to restaurants nearby.

The service was horrible. Bar looked open and we sat waiting for service, staff ignored us. We had to ask someone who told us it was closed and only outside was serviced. Poor customer service. All newly renovated lobby and appartments, lots of infrastructure e.g. different saunas and big pool

Staff didn't know how to explain how to use the access keys to the sauna area, had to figure it out. Also, no spare toilet paper was provided in the appartments and when I arrived, the toilet paper in the room was almost empty. Dinner was only buffet style with very bad quality (the local caraway seed cheese was the best of all the dishes. Most of it was overcooked, flavorless and generally low in quality). In addition to that the price was not justified for the quality and on top of it all they charged an extra 25 EUR for not having booked the meal in advance with the room.

The food was ok, but not really the price ranges of Halbpension Hotel. There's enough food for all the guests, as the kitchen is diligently refilling the buffet station. The Bad Hindelang plus Card is the plus side.

The room is too old furnished and hot, lucky for us there was raining and cool temperatures at night, no neighbors were smoking in the balcony, so we opened the window at night. If it's higher temperature or the neighbors are smoking in the balcony, we have to sleep in stuffy and super hot room. You can see the style of the furniture and the kitchen appliances, the old furnished style.. The shower cabin very small. The receptionist doesn't know any security method about storing luggage. Anyone can just walk to reception and say "I left my bag here" and they just asked "is this your bag?" and just give you the bag. They also don't have any schedules for their own wellness center. The receptionist asked me to call the therapist on my own to book an appointment, this should be a service provided in the hotel. Not so friendly too.The panorama pool is not really a "panorama pool" as advertised. Just one big picture of Bad Hindelang from Bergstation and a view of restaurant Terrasse, you can see tables and chairs and people are eating there. They also can see you in the swimming pool. The Bad Hindelang plus Card offers you better places for swimming.

    - comfortable formula "apartment" in combination with half board- restaurant of a good niveau

    - Friday's buffet dinner- chilly water at the indoor swimming pool

We liked the location, the playground for kids both inside and outside, the food was really good. We enjoyed also swimming in the pool. The staff in nice, for Easter they organised events for kids

The bed is making sound when moving, which can be really annoying when you want to put down small kids to sleep. The pillow is super soft, please get rid of it and get proper pillows.

The breakfast was very good. It was close to the ski lifts. We loved our room upgrade but it could have been renovated like the rest of the hotel. The bar-chef Lady (forgot her name) was AMAZING !!!!!

the room interior and furniture were a little bit outdated. Could need a make-over

    8SergiiPosted on: 11-23-2023

Location was great, restaurant quality exceptional, big room and small cosy kitchen, perfect for a young couple with children

The sofa in the living room was a bit noisy and squeaky.

Nice view, spacious, free parking, great staff.

    80s outdated furnished apartment

    - Staff (lady at the reception) was very attentive and friendly.- The location was also nice.

    - At 2 a.m. the smoke alarm went on. Twice!! Checked everything, there was no smoke. We had a huge scare and could barely close our eyes for the rest of the night. - The lady at the bar was not so friendly.

It was my birthday during this stay and I have been surprised by the staff with a freshly baked cake, champaign for breakfast, and cognac for dinner!Thank you for the nice surprise and nice time!

Large comfortable apartment, good Wi-Fi, floor heating in bathroom, great breakfast, parking garage was great being on motorbike in rainy weather.

    Nothing really

Hotel from the 60ties - needs a renovation

The rooms are from the 60ties. We stayed there just for one night as we were on a wedding next to the hotel. The facility is big, the restaurant seems newer but the rest is pretty old. They charged us 200€ a night! Probably to avoid short term stays but definitely no good price for value

The surroundings of the resort are stunning, and the location is ideal for exploring the area and the village itself. The room and public spaces were exceptionally neat and clean, and I liked that the toiletries were provided in larger refillable bottles rather than wasteful and environmentally-unfriendly small disposable bottles. The breakfast service was fantastic, delicious hot and cold food and a great selection. The staff all provided excellent, friendly service. Great parking facilities and the sommer/winter pass was great although much more useful and good value in winter. our room was at the back of the property and although we didn’t have a Mountain View, it was very private and quiet which was a definite plus as we were traveling with a newborn. Overall we had a really lovely stay and I would recommend to others traveling as a couple or with a baby.

Whilst the main areas have been renovated, our room was very dated and the old-fashioned furniture took up a lot of room which made the apartment feel smaller. We had reserved a baby bed, but the bed was more suitable for a much bigger baby, probably for 2 years plus, so we couldn’t use it - might have been helpful for this to be noted earlier as it took up a lot of space in the apartment.

View from the suite was nice (if you ignore the parking). The suite was super old fashion compared to the website photos and was so overwhelmingly decorated with dozens of outdated art pieces

The receptionist took pleasure in kicking us out from the premises 3min after arrival because we did not have our test with us (we were vaccinated but had forgotten our passes). She did not offer to hold onto our suitcases, but instead she adopted an angry attitude and blamed us for not knowing the rules. This person should not work in hospitality in my opinion, as she doesn’t not seem to appreciate interacting with guests

Very clean. Lovely pool and sauna area. Great location.

Evening buffet was rather disappointing. High end canteen food. Not the gourmet experience we had hoped for.
