It's valuable. The breakfast is buffet and there are many dishes. It's good to have microwave and fridge in the guests common room.

No suppermarket is nearby and in the weekend no food to eat if you don't bring food. There is a smell when just come inside.

the room was basic but comfy enough for me and my wife. Parking was not a problem with the Van I have rented. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Breakfast was good. The place around is very refreshing, nature at its best

The price was not equivalent to the over-all value. The reception & other staff were not that friendly or smiling. The room is outdated, while bed and pillow covers seems overused / not fresh. We did not see any store or supermarket nearby except the small bakeshop and meat shop

Great stay. Convenient location - around 5mins walk from the station Steeg-Gosau. Excellent breakfast with variety of choices. Lovely views from the windows.

Wifi is very weak and sometimes does not work but overall stay is really good.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom seemed fairly new or renovated. The location is great, very close to both train and bus stations. A kilometer away is a beautiful lake beach. Overall convenient and pleasent stay.

The room was a bit small but not uncomfortable. I would have liked shutters on the window. Also maybe some explanations from staff when I checked in.

Make good decision before you choose this hotel ??

Because of the property mistake I needed to stay in the car and weather was raining and 12• degree outside. When I asked refund they didn’t accept. In the instructions they didnt mentioned that they will close the hotel at 10 oclock. And when I tried call them or massage them 0 reply.I dont recomment this place at all.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely unacceptable. Out of the four beds in our room, one was completely soaked in urine — the smell was terrible, and the bed was still wet when we arrived at 8 PM. The reception was already closed at that time, so we immediately wrote an email to report the issue, but nobody replied that night.The next morning, when we brought it up at reception, the staff member (who spoke very limited English) first tried to claim that it was “just water,” even though it was very obviously urine. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, she accused us of causing the problem ourselves, despite the fact that we reported it the moment we entered the room. Her attitude was miserable, unprofessional, and aggressive — she shouted at us, used terrible words, and still forced us to pay the full price.This was one of the most unpleasant and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Room amenities were great. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had all the utilities. The balcony view was beautiful.

There was a bad smell coming from the neighborhood upon opening the kitchen door on the first day but that was gone the next day. There is a step going from room to kitchen which is kind of invisible due to the matching flooring. I tripped on it multiple times.

Easy to get to from Hallstatt. Breakfast was good. Safe, quiet area.

A bit hot for August; a fan would be nice.

Very noisy hotel. But the worst thing of it all, is that there is no one from the staff there to force other guests to be respectful and to make silence.They are only there 8am-3pm, not even 8 hours. Breakfast starts at 7:30am, too late when you want to be exploring early.They even didn’t charge me for the stay and reported me with booking.com. Of course they couldn’t charge me because they are never there!!! I always left early and arrived around 6pm.They want to manage a hotel from home.They might reply to this review with their opinion, but everything I have said here are facts, not opinion.Stay away from this place.

Breakfast was good. Conveniently located with free parking.

First impression is the last impression. Smelly when you enter through the main door. Lobby and rooms should have Air Freshener. Very Old furniture's and over used linen including comforters and Bath Towels were provided.

For its value, the room was simple and good, the breakfast was good , the location is really close to the train station (only 1 station to Hallstatt) , the stuff was friendly.

Nice clean comfortable room. Small bathroom but clean & good shower. Comfortable beds. Side tables with lamps & sockets. Plenty of space to unpack if needed. Room 6 mountain view. Plenty of free parking in front of hotel. Arrived after 3 so had to get key out lock box but no problem. Kettle on landing area so could make hot drink if you take your own things. Fridge as well for all guests . Eateries in area but close quite early so check times.

Extremely close (About 5 minutes walk) to the Steeg/Hallstätter See-Gosau train station. Breakfast was included which was a buffet. A friend and I rented bikes also which was free of charge. Extremely quiet area.

The bathroom is smaller than what I'm used to. The restaurant closes relatively early in the day in case you want to eat there after breakfast.

I liked the Location and cleanliness of the room. It was surrounded by the mountains. Beautiful scenic views and the Bakery beside the Hotel had very tasty cakes. Just one thing they asked me if we needed bikes but I never got it even though I asked for it.

No assistance with luggage on arrival. Staff on arrival not welcoming. Staff from then on..excellent..very helpful. Breakfast good variety. Room small but clean
