Hotel Michelangelo

The hotel had an amazing breakfast! I'm missing it already. The front desk person was very helpful and easy to communicate with and they went above an beyond when we needed assistance.

The walls are very thin so it was easy to hear neighbors conversations. Also, since we did not have a car we had to taxi everywhere which was inconvenient and there were not abundant taxis available.

Nice hotel, great receptionist, comfortable room and good breakfast. Secure underground parking was very good.

Breakfast was delightful. Exceptional variety of fine food. And the breakfast room was gorgeous and very comfortable.

Location is good for business in ceramic industry. Price is competitive according to area. Middle range of hotel for Italian low hotel standards. This is low-average 3 star according to my opinion.

Outdated as many of hotels in this area. Bed close to the wall, lack of power connectors, dirty curtains. Because of job we wanted to stay one more night, they said that all is full, parking is dirty, not maintened, full of bushes as neighborhood is.A lack and outdate of power connectors, usual issue in hotels here.

Cleaning, breakfast, reception desk

As a hotel receiving international guests, I expected to have at least one television channel in the english language, for example international news channel like CNN, France 24 English. I don't speak Italian so that was very disappointing. I did check with reception and staff tried to help but all the TV channels were in Italian.

Terrific breakfast, good, cleaned and spacious room. Efficient check-in.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is pure Italian, just perfect and delicious for our taste. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful.

The staff at the breakfast could be kinder to us, especially the man, was so arrogant. The walls are very thin, we heard the voices talking from the room next door, early in the morning and woke up.

The hotel has a big parking outside the reception, and it is free of charge. Members of the staff are polite and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast

Poor breakfast. Disappointing omlet. Climatisation was not working, Beer offer in lobby bar was poor.

- rolling beds in the room instead of legs with sliding wheels - drama- paper and plastic cups in a 4 ☆ hotel is a massacre- hopeless ventilation in the room - May and you can suffocate- poor breakfast, cold bacon, food secretion by service rather not because of Covid restrictions, but probably to save on guests.
