Nice location. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool.

Bathroom door didn't lock properly. Cleanliness wasn't good. There were dirt inside the cupboards from previous tenants.

the cleaning was terrible, I went to make tea in the kettle and there was a mess in it that hadn't been cleaned for years, it seems to me... breakfast was awful, the cheese looked spoiled, everything was negative... the microwave was very dirty, the cups hadn't been washed properly, the teapots...

The location was excellent for visiting places if interest, and the hosts were helpful and welcoming. Accommodation was comfortable, clean and very quiet.

We liked the swimming pool and the hotel was well placed. Glad it had a restaurant as those in town were full.

Receptionist (male) smoking on steps into hotel when we arrived. Didn’t offer to help take my bag even though i clearly struggle with steps. We got in and waited a good while for him to finish his cigarette before checking us in. No towels in room. Room tiny. Receptionist told us it was impossible the room had no towels but promised to take some up. We went swimming and sunbathing returning about an hour later and still no towels. We got them in the end. Grubby public areas.

Staff could be more multilingual, only one could speak English the others only could speak French

The room was ok, but there weren't dish soap and wipes, soap for the shower. Moreover, the fridge did not work and some other small things

Good location closeby Eguisheim and Colmar. Good price-quality, easy parking. Good dinner option in the hotel restaurant

At this price for 3 persons, nothing to complain really. Maybe an earlier check-in hour (before 17h) and later check-out hour (after 10h AM) since now it is a short room availability time.

Nice location, clean

Noise!! 2:30am a coach load of people checking in and we're so noisey. Also a scooter coming in and out of car park all night!! Hardly slept ?That added with no AC the room was like a sauna!!

Beautiful old hotel with lots of atmosphere and well maintained. Good restaurant and bar with both indoor and outdoor seating. Garage for bicycles and parking at the hotel. Storks on the roof and in the garden.

Third floor rooms have sloping walls which make them feel smaller. Very small bathroom. Internet-connection in the room was useless, even in the hallway outside the room right under the router. Hotel seems somewhat understaffed - the same people having to cover both reception and bar.

Location was great, bed were good and cleaned. Easy check in and check out.

We were 4 people but kitchen was super poorly equipped. It had only 1 glass, no cups, and no enough cutleries.

Some light bulbs were not working in the room. The soap dispensers were both totally empty. The toilet seat was chipped. The lobby smelled funny, possibly like various food from the neighboring kitchen.

Property was not up to date and dirty. Service not friendly neither. They still show a swimming pool on the pictures when it is broken and dirty

nice old building, swimming pool, nice free parking, Munster is a nice town

not really clean, no air conditioning, a lot of ants in the room, we had a room for disabled people with open shower, a lot of noice after 10pm from the video room

Difficult to get a booking at the restaurant

The triple room (studio) was big and clean. New TV and it seems they renovated recently.Bed and pillows very comfortable.It has a kitchenette with fridge, cooker, new microwave and a sink. All clean an in good condition. There were no tools for the kitchen, but for this better ask the hotel as I imagine it is li ked to covid rules.It has a pool and i imagine it is a big advantage in the summer.Big and free parking place.Unfortunately we did not had the occasion to eat in their restaurant.

It was cold in the room, but i guess we are used to a higher temperature and the room was on a corner of the hotel.Don't expect luxury as it is an old building and what you see in the photos does reflect the reality.

Staff was very friendly and professional, bar staff tried to accommodate our requests.
