Hotel Adler

Breakfast was great. Room was very nice. The elevator was a big plus. Car access was difficult due to construction and GPS issues.

Getting to the doorstep was difficult due to pedestrian zones and construction.

Bed was very small but as advertised.

Great central calm location, near the park, near cafes and stores, easy to find, very comfortable beds, very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. Easy to check in and check out. Good breakfast and restaurant.

Nice hotel, right in the middle of Nagold. Staff was kind, bed was comfy, shower had good water pressure.

The garage entrance is a disaster and you only get access to it after you have been to the other building to do your check-in, which off course is a bit inconvenient as then you have to find parking in the middle of Nagold pedestrian area.

The reception is as if it did not exist.Free baby crib service is advertised on booking, I booked the crib for our 3-month-old daughter and to be sure I tried to contact the front desk for confirmation. I wrote through booking one day in advance and then phoned 4 times from morning to afternoon and the only response was "try to call later," until I was told in the afternoon that by then there were no cribs available and in case it would cost 10€ per night! (unlike what was advertised).Thoughtless check in.No information is provided regarding road access restrictions on weekends.

Entrance to park garage tricky for large cars, bed Matratze was very soft, late night noise from adjacent sport area, restaurant closed Thursday, no air conditioning

Our room was huge and overlooked the river and the forest which was beautiful to wake up to each day.

The balcony had a small gap on the floor so we couldn’t let our toddler outside as the gap is large enough for her leg to slip through. Could be resolved easily with some extra wood. Also, the breakfast could offer a hot option.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Adler, it was spotlessly clean and well managed and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The restaurant serves a good selection of well prepared dishes and the breakfast service was excellent and well run. There is a secure underground car park.

Limited parking spaces and a bit complicated for later checkins.

A very clean and well presented hotel, that sits snugly in the centre of Nagold; and also has direct views over the river and surrounding hills. Will definitely be staying here again.

If I was being really fussy, I’d say I would have liked more choice for the breakfast. But, the continental breakfast choice was still very good.

I like the friendly staff and bedroom and Lock-safe system, plus the balcony.

No air-conditioning in the rooms, it's too hot basically. This is the biggest complaint tbh. Also, the shower is susceptible to water leaking on the floor outside, not the hotels design of course, the shower companies fault however this should be fixed. Could be relatively cheap as well I would have thought? The balcony possibly requires a shade device above it as it gets rather hot on occasions throughout the day as it's a sun trap. Breakfast is the same daily, perhaps a variety of different types? More promotion of the Hotel restaurant is required. We went one night and it was empty apart from us (group of 7). More selection in the Mini-bar. Prices are a little high for a non-air con room.

Breakfast was very lacking, only few things to choose. Position was good but difficult with parking.

Room cleaning... The floor carpet and the mattress smell of sweat. It was horrible. Then On the roof there were 2 spiders.
