Daytona Business Hotel

Location was good. Parking was convenient.

That they insisted to charge a penalty to cancel one of the two reservations made via two separate channels (“booking.com” and another prepaid one) despite the fact that the reservations were for “same name and same dates”. They just didn’t check names and didn’t care an honest mistake.

The recommendation for the restaurant around corner parking was free and easy.

No bar, no restaurant, no tea or coffee in room, breakfast was overrun with a load of kids and felt like a school cafe. There was only one towel provided for two people, which was very poor.

Nigh doorman was super cool and breakfast staff were great too!

The ceiling of the bathroom leaked water all night. Woke up in the morning to a semi-flooded bathroom. When I told the staff upon checkout all I got was “yeah, there’s a problem there!” I know this has nothing to do with the person who is just actually my own ownership culture, but “I’m very sort to hear, may we offer you is small discount or at least offer you the bottled water you still have to pay” would have made me feel better about the experience.

The carpet in the bedroom ripped. Most of the power sockets are not working .Shower door hanging of the hinges. Shower tray silicone mouldy toilet seat hinges broken It was reported to a member of staff, but nothing was done

Frog in room didn't work, would be nice to have a small bar for drinks and snacks. There are no stores nearby and no food available at certain times

It would have been nice for the hotel to have a bar and restaurant. I expected as much and was disappointed when I arrived to check in at 10pm to be told there is neither. The receptionist very kindly ordered me food to pick up but after a days travel it was the last thing I wanted to do.

When we first arrived we had a small issue with the bathroom but in 5 min, very nice lady (I think Farida) upgraded us to a wonderful bedroom with sauna and jacuzzi. All the personnel were very nice and speak French.

The only thing would be the breakfast, it was good but we had better ?

I booked the accomodation because they have a restaurant. However its been closed for a long time and wont reopen until next season.

The room was quite big and comfortable, it was clean and eqipped with everything you need. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but it was very pleasant and comfortable. Good value for money.

The breakfast buffee was more on the sweet side, the savory section could be more expanded.

Not much, had much higher expextations

Not very clean.Pool is not part of the hotel and not very clean it cost extra just for entrance in addition extra cost if you want to sit on a chair

Very accommodating staff

Sink wax broken but they found a solution for us.

Stuff, parking, rooms, clenless - we can say that everything was fine during our visit.

Breakfast :) Should have more different kind of cheese, prosciutto etc. At least this region is famous with that :)

the staff was very friendly. the hotel itself is very quiet. the lady at the front desk let ordered food for us and allowed us to hang out in a common area. very friendly.

ac wasn’t cold enough, and the mini fridge in both rooms weren’t cold enough.

Stuff is the friendliest ever. Great value for money. Good breakfast. Free parking. Great place for a stopover. Spacious room. Tea boiler, cups, teas and coffee in the room.

Minor thing - wi fi was not the best. Restaurant for the evening is closed because of covid but it's not the hotel's fault.

The Reception replied promptly to advise we can check in late, as we were delayed. They waited happily until we arrived at 2am and we were greated with a smile and a beautiful room. We fely instantly relaxed after a long journey

There was nothing bad to say, if you need a bit of luxury at a fantaatic price stay here
