The breakfast was exceptional

They advertise a gym and a spa, however all that is there is a sauna they charge ?5 per person for, and 2 working cardio machines in the same room as the sauna. It was not acceptable

This hotel is an easy walk from the drop off from the KD Rhine tours, the train station, and restaurants. Other reviews have complained of train noise, but we did not hear it at all while we were sleeping. Very clean, nice hotel.

Location and good breakfast

Room is small and outdated. No A/C. There is a fan in the room, very loud.

Great location! Easily walkableon the water and to the quaint town .

The description of my room said it was a water view. I opened the door and there's a building in front of my entire view. The staff was amazing once I mentioned this and they actually moved me to a new room.The new room had a great view and was a lot more modern than the first room. The facility is really dated, but very clean.

A good standard hotel with clean rooms and a decent breakfast.

The quality of the view from the window of the Rhein is really up to chance depending on the room location.

For a good nights sleep, take a room on the riverside! Between 70 and 100 trains (i looked it up :) pass through Bingen every day. Not the hotels fault.. I would strongly recommend to take the car/persons ferry to Rudesheim down the road. Surely worth the visit.

Great location with a nice small sauna and pool.

Quality of the bed was very poor. Hard matras with lots of springs which you could feel whilst sleeping. Result was back pain.

The breakfast was good

The hotel needs to upgrade the bathrooms and install Air conditioning. The room was super hot and the temperature outside was perfect. We had three fans in the room, meaning the management already knows about it. And the fans create a problem with dust, making the room seem dirty.

Friendly personal, space to park and load our ebikes, very close to rhine and not far from city

Location was perfect for the purpose of our visit.Downsides were restaurant was not open the night we arrived, no lunch facilities in hotel, sauna not open until 4pm, tea & coffee in room sparse but none of this ruined our stay

A good location by the Rhein.

The bathroom was a little tired with cracks in the plastic sink. Breakfast was an eye-watering €21 if booked the day before and €25 on the day. We had tea and coffee in our rooms and had breakfast on the road.

We got a room looking directly at the Rhine, couldn't get closer to it than where we were.The breakfast buffet was outstanding, all fresh and incredibly diverse.The bed was very comfortable.The staff was friendly in a natural, relaxed way.

Everything was nice and accommodating, we only stayed one night but the hotel and the staff were great. The view of the river is amazing.

For a Four Star Hotel the bathroom was very dated and not 100% clean. Sink was cracked, old bathroom tiles were grotty, bathtub did not drain so you stand in 3” of water while you shower. Wifi internet was worst we’ve experienced in our 17 days of travel. It consistently dropped which is very frustrating.Room marketed as “river view”. Maybe “partial river view “ over garages would be more accurateI stayed in a “nh” property in Frankfurt on business and so had expectations of a true four star hotel. This property is definitely not a four star hotel
