Hotel Cetina Murcia

Excellent location. The hotel exceeded our expectations, particularly for a three star hotel. Very comfy king size bed, Modern room. Bathroom was modern and very functional, included dental kit, razor, bathrobes, and slippers. Also, the room included an espresso maker and tea kettle, as well as several things that were no charge in the mini bar. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the stay.

The available parking was far away and a little complicated to find.

I liked almost everything. Especially the kind staff and absolutely perfect location in the middle of everything, yet during the night you don’t have to worry about some noise from bars - it was quiet. Room was pretty, had a coffee machine and bottles of water were provided every day. Breakfast was delicious and big (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, tortilla de patatas…) but the same every day. Hot water and strong stream during the whole day and night.

Unfortunately, there was a weird smell like from sewers in my room but it always somehow disappeared fast (or I got used to it). Also, it was clean but there was always some hair around. But nothing crazy, only that’s the reason why I didn’t give 10 points.

Excellent central location , everything at walking distance. Location in restricted circulation area a bit difficult to get in.Rooms clean and very confortable, breakfast excellent, staff OK. High value /cost ratio for location and service.

Location: Perfect – right in the city center, next to the cathedral. Surrounded by many cafes, full of life and people.

A bit expensive. Some rooms are very small.

Superb, smart hotel, location very central for Cathedral, bars and restaurants. Welcome cocktail on evening of arrival, staff very helpful and friendly. Kettle, coffee maker with cups in room which was very clean. Two pillows on bed and bathroom even had hair straighteners.

Nothing to dislike

Everything was great: location was unbeatable, staff was super friendly and helpful. Amenities were perfect: Ritual soaps in the bathroom, suite in perfect condition, huge bed, drinks in the mini fridge for free, and a welcome cocktail at their bar. The breakfast buffet was lovely as well. I cannot recommend it enough, and I'll be back whenever I go to Murcia. Thank you!

A lot of walking the hotel was above average . Food was not up to standard but filling

My daughter and I chose this hotel to celebrate her birthday there.From the moment we walked in, the staff were so warm,helpful and friendly. Guilia and Adriana are such an asset to this hotel and we can't thank them enough.The hotel - excellent location around the corner from the cathedral square. Close to lots of shops and cafés all on the level and pedestrianised. Excellent breakfast which is reduced to €8 if you book the previous night. Plenty of fruit, different milks to accommodate allergies, hot buffet, pastries and cereals including gluten free options. We returned to lovely chocolates in the room from the hotel on my daughter's birthday which was so nice.The room - we were in 234 (standard) a twin room. It overlooked a quiet street above the main entrance. Very clean,comfortable and quiet. Added bonus of hair straighteners in the bathroom.Surrounding area - we enjoyed a daily morning and evening walk along the shady Grand Via which is also beautifully lit up at night. Only 2 minute walk from the hotel.We had meals at El Togo 11(very Spanish). La Terazza (lovely) on Cathedral Square and the tasting menu (option 2) at Pura Cepa(6 minute walk) was exceptional.All in all a very enjoyable city break in the sun in a lovely hotel but the staff really make it.

The hotel has a great central location, staff very friendly and breakfast really good.

Breakfast quite basic. On the second morning there was no scrambled eggs available. On both days there was little or no warm milk for my coffee.

Very clean and comfortable, with a nice outdoor deck to read on. Breakfast was excellent. Easily better than some of the four star hotels I stayed at on this trip.

Location is fantastic, right by the cathedral. Close to all sights, many restaurants and not expensive for the area. The room was very small but we did have a small balcony. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. No other food is offered. They had a small bar which was nice but lacked any atmosphere.Lifts to most floors. Very clean and bright decor. We had a fantastic stay and would stay there again just for location.

When I say small the room was tiny! The bed was small and a bit uncomfortable and we only had a bedside lamp on one side which is really annoying if you like to read. The balcony had no privacy at all and we could see along all of them. Also if you have any mobility issues there are stairs down to the breakfast room and although in the main areas they had ramps, they were too steep to use!

Lovely delux room with huge bed and nice extras. Breakfast was good wiht a variety of hot and cold choices

great location, just around the corner from cathedral. loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. 15 min walk to bus station or train station, loads of taxis available. Room and bathroom were very clean. Conditioner in shower was a bonus, that you dont always get. Breakfast was gorgeous and well worth the money. Booked the night before and it was €8 or €10 if you dont book. Staff were very friendly. Left our bags there all day on the day we were leaving.
