Great breakfast, good service and hotel rooms were spacious and clean

The location’s great and so is the staff. The facilities are in general slightly old. Unfortunately the vent in my bathroom didn’t work and that made the whole room smell unpleasantly. In my opinion it is a bit overpriced for the quality of the facilities. I want to underline that the staff and the quality of the breakfast were absolutely great.

We went for the first time in lovely Murcia. The hotel is near everything. The staff is always smiling. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I will just ask for a street view next time. And the breakfast is very good and lots of options are available.

Having previously stayed at El Churra, I knew what to expect. Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean rooms and a lovely restaurant on the premises. El Churra is also in a very central location. We stayed in a suite at no extra cost and the decor and spacious layout was amazing! I would highly reccommend staying here as it is definitely great value for money!

Hotel is located in a walking distance to the central part of the city, there is an easy access to the public transport. You have a supermarket just next to it. Set of the bathroom essentials was provided, that was a nice touch.

It felt that we got one of the oldest rooms, with the standards from eighties, that was looking nothing as the rooms on the pictures. Despite its nice size, for the quite high price per night it felt disappointing.

Ideally located. At 10-15 minutes walk time from everything. The parking slot next to the hotel for a fair price is an additional plus

Our room was old. . The toilet was badly stained and the shower had a lot of black mould.

From the outset there was not a single problem. I was treated very well, and felt important. I tried to book a second night but the hotel was fully booked over the the week-end which goes to show just how good they are.

I was not told about the 'card key' which doubles as providing the electric power for the room.

Bed sheets and towels were clean, the rooms were spacious.

Old style, very thin walls.. you could hear footsteps outside and people talking. It was a bit hard to sleep comfortably.

Cheeky of them to call it a deluxe suite. Had to clean other people's hair out of the bath ourselves before using it. Shower didn't work properly.Floor was dirty. Bed pillows were paper thin. Claustrophobic room with low ceilings (with loads of patches of paint missing for some reason?) and couldn't open curtains as properties at the other side of the road would be able to see in. Super disappointed as our visit was to celebrate a special occasion.

The location was central and made moving around easy.The staff were friendly and welcoming the hotel was clean and inviting. It has a restaurant attached to it so food and drink was good.

Although there was free water everyday there was no coffee making facilities which was a shame.

Doors cannot be closed from the outside without making excessive noise.I requested a silent room oriented into the inner courtyard so that I would not hear cars but there was an elevator right next to my room which made crazy noise, except from midnight to 6am when most people slept. Earplugs (-36 db) did not suffice to block the noise if you left the window open. If you close the window, the CO2 levels become unberearable in about 90 minutes. The ventilation installed in the room does not take air from the outside, it just cools the unbreathable air which is already inside.There was an extreme perfume smell which gave me a headache.The room is quite worn-out and old fashioned.They do not provide proper bed linen inside which you could put the duvet. Instead, they put one sheet below the duvet and another sheet above the duvet. This is very impractical.Generally, the hotel was a disappointment.
