Big disappointment was that the pool was closed

I spent hours looking for a hotel with a pool because of sunny murcia, this hotel advertised a pool so I went for this nelva, only to find out after paying my reservation that the pool is not available on week days, I felt cheated by the hotel Nelva.

Large bed, rather comfortable. Room service and fresh towels each day, even for a short stay.

The management is terrible: I had to call several times for them to confirm my reservation after they made a mistake putting in the right card number. I emailed them 4 times over a 1-month period asking for a large bed in a quiet room and they never even replied. In the end, the room was all but quiet due to other very loud guests nearby. As well as this, the room wasn't entirely spotless: there were glass marks on surfaces and dust in the room. They also leave chips and nuts on the desk, which one may be misled to think it's a gratuity but which actually cost 9 euros together. The location is also not great -- the hotel sits very close to a very poor neighborhood.

Location, close to where I needed to work. Breakfast was nice. Personal was helpful.

The area was not very pretty or seemed safe. Elevators were permanently malfunctioning. Cleaning crew was very loud in the hallways.

Lovely hotel near the train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, would definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms and bathroom, good room size, had nice swimming pool and their breakfast was good.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with large comfortable beds. The best sleep I've had in weeks! Breakfast was delicious. The facilities were all spotless clean and pool was delightful. Stuff were polite and friendly. Only complaint would be the gym was quite small and not enough equipment. But overall great experience!

The room was spacious, the bathroom very comfortable.The staff really friendly and the location close to downtown.

A very nice hotel, with a large pool and large comfortable rooms. The restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is located on a quite busy street, the city center is about 15-20 minutes walk away.

Booked a taxis for pick up at the airport but it never showed up , tried to call the hotel few times but the line was busy

Very modern, central and clean. There is secure parking underneath. The staff were helpful.

The cooked breakfast wasn’t great although there is plenty to choose from

Fantastic CLEAN swimming pool. Would stay again as very laid back and rooms extremely well kitted out.

The staff are so helpful and accommodating. The pool is great. The breakfast can't be beat.

Excellent shower but the floor was was unsteady and creaked as if about to give way.

Friendly staff and nicely kept, clean facilities. The room was nice, with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was tasty, definitely better than what I expected from a 4 star hotel. Windows sealed great, could not here the busy street at all. Parking was simple in the underground car park.

The rooms got quite warm at night, despite outside temperatures below 10C. I don't want to run the AC all night in such a case to cool a room down. It would be better if they reduce heating for the nighttime. Location is fine, but the closest route to the center leads through a rough neighborhood.

The breakfast and service people were friendly.

I booked two rooms for my parents and grandparents. Double room with balcony and they stuck them on the first floor with ripped upholstery and overall in a shabby room. The heating didn’t work in one room and they felt cold during their stay, (senior people 80+) Maybe some renovations are going on and these rooms are last on the list. Overall, they were quite shocked with the room standard and weird to get something different from their nice photos in February when I assume most people are not shoved into the less nice rooms in the hotel.Unfortunately they only stayed for one night so they didn’t feel like complaining, also a bit timid due to the language barrier. That’s on them but overall very disappointed given the nice photos and review of the hotel.

Easy to find by car. Reception staff were very helpful when I needed a doctor and we had a problem with our car.

Walking into the town a bit further the expected
