Sercotel Amistad Murcia

We liked the big beds. The room was comfortable, big and well heated.

The pillows were too thick. The room was towards the road. We would have preferred it facing the garden, but it was okay.

We had a fantastic breakfast and our waitress Mari Paz was absolutely wonderful and friendly She answered all our questions We loved the Spanish Omelette, great cook!!!!!

Air conditioning too cold ! The hotel was impersonal.

The bathroom was’nt perfect. Some silverfish going around.

Very dated and noisy room. It smelled like someone smoked in the room before us.

Clean and well located hotel. It is walking distance from downtown and right in front of the Corte Ingles. We traveled with our dog, a well behaved husky and the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our requests. The pet fee was 20 eur per night. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh orange juice and gluten free items.

In the area, surrounding the hotel, there were a lot of "gorrillas" that "guided" you to park your car for money. We decided to pay the parking fee, 25 eur per night, as the area felt a bit unsafe.

This is the third time staying at Sercotel, Murcia (business trip). Always a very positive expérience (welcoming reception and staff, wide selection of breakfast options, spacious clean and well-equipped rooms). Everything to ensure a very comfortable stay. Ps: very reassuring and helpful staff during the nationwide Black-out on Monday 28/04…

Great location, 5-10 mins from bus station, main tram stop and cathedral square area Plenty of options for breakfast, hot, cold, savoury and sweet

Location is great, easy to walk to all monuments in Murcia. Parking is expensive (25€) but safe in an underground parking lot. Room was practical, bathroom is spacious. Wifi is stable. The bed was comfortable.Breakfast is always nice in Sercotel hotels, it wasn't any different here.

Location to meeting venue and conference dinner plus local restaurants was great. Major department store with supermarket across the road.

I thought the location of the hotel was brilliant. The staff were all very friendly and the room was a great size with lots of facilities and all you would need for a city break.

The bed was comfortable but rather noisy when moving around which meant I didn't sleep as well as I could have done.

When I arrived my room was changed to an adapted room, as I was in a wheelchair. The bathroom was excellent. With plenty of space for my wheelchair the actual room itself had plenty of wheelchair space.

nothing, everything was fantastic. if you have a disability or not, this hotel is for you!!

Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Good bar. Underground car parking.

Breakfast was very good

Aircon was poor. And the toilet was behind the bathroom door which was bad configuration.

Location was perfect for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping.

The service in the restaurant was very slow and could t get breakfast after 11.

The buffet breakfast is very good value. The water pressure in the shower is very low

My wife uses a wheelchair and electric scooter. There is no ramp to access the hotel, unless you use the caroark ramp, ( no pedestrian walkway) then there is a lift to the reception area.

It was cleans and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Would have liked water cooker in the room.Temperature in the room was high, opening a window is no option because of street noise.

All areas clean, lovely big room, good breakfast, well located for walking round city centre.

Only given 2 coffee pods for coffee machine for overnight stay. Car park very poorly lit.
